Se conseguiu chegar até aqui, na confusão que é a calçada mais atormentada da cidade, repleta de homens da porta a oferecer óculos e exames suspeitos, camelôs, ponto de vans, movimento bancário... penso eu que o cliente mereceria melhor atendimento e um grande desconto. O mesmo óculos pode sair por um quarto do valor em outra ótica, na mesma calçada....
 People's optics .. did you live? No? If you managed to get here, in the confusion that is the most tormented sidewalk in the city, full of men at the door offering eyeglasses and suspicious exams, street vendors, point of vans, banking movement ... I think the client would deserve better service and a big discount. The same glasses can go for a quarter of the value in another optic, on the same sidewalk ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No começo quando vc entra vc é bem tratada , ficam a sua disposição .. claro eles querem a venda , falam que o prazo de entrega é de 7 a 10 dias úteis .. depois vc liga pra lá e a gerente que já não tem tanta educação quanto a atendente , não sabe me dizer se meu pedido está em andamento , mesmo ela mesma dizer que ia tentar uma urgência no meu caso ( que é de necessidade mesmo) aí ela aí contrário do que a gerente tá ali pra fazer que é tentar resolver e adiantar o lado do cliente , ela vai e passa o telefone pra menina que me atendeu que mais uma vez foi educada ( muito mais que a abençoada da gerente ) e ficou sem palavras pq provavelmente para não perderem a venda falam um prazo pro cliente ainda dizem que pode ficar pronto antes .
