★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No meio de uma pandemia não fazem orçamento por vias remotas pedindo para ir presencialmente fazer coisas que podem ser adaptadas. Desrespeito a saúde pública. Desisti de fazer o orçamento. Mesmo se for o mais em conta: não vale a pena. Zero ética.

Coloquei somente 1 estrela para poder fazer comentário, não indico para ninguém.
Pois não tem comprementimento com os clientes, sabemos da pandemia, porém poderia ter um pouco de profissionalismo , pois bem sabem que óculos pra a maioria das pessoas não é vaidade e sim necessidade.
Concordo que seja dado férias coletivas, porém deveria ser avaliado quantos óculos ficariam presos na loja.
Pode ter certeza que será a última vez que farei óculos com vocês.
No aguardo de um posicionamento da empresa..

Because there is no compliment with the customers, we know about the pandemic, but it could have a little professionalism, because they know that glasses for most people is not vanity but necessity.
I agree that collective holidays are given, but it should be assessed how many glasses would be stuck in the store.
You can be sure that it will be the last time I make glasses with you.
I am waiting for a company positioning ..

Péssimo atendimento das Óticas do Povo, todas as outras óticas já voltaram a atender, esta empresa não se dignou nem a manter parte dos funcionários para atender as demandas por telefone e internet. Você liga para a loja, ninguém atende, no Disk Povo e nada, manda e-mail pelo site e nem uma mísera resposta automática você recebe. Estou com uma armação minha, RayBan, para fazer um óculos multifocal, na loja Icaraí, com a receita retida, e uma entrada dada, nem ir em uma ótica que tenha responsabilidade com a saúde oftalmológica de seus clientes, eu posso!!! Não funcionaram com as portas fechadas porque não quiseram, porque todas as outras loja trabalharam com Delivery e Take Away. estou com dores nos olhos e de cabeça, uso o óculos para dirigir e ler, e a cada dia que passa minha vista fica pior!!! A Rede Óticas do Povo é muito Ruim, morou???
