★ ★ ★ ★ ★ começando pela pessima qualidade dos produtos por essa otica vendidos, em menos de um ano tive um oculos inteiramente perdido devido a riscos na lente, nao aprendendo minha liaçao fiz um novo oculos nessa otica, em menos de 5 meses a armaçao quebrou mais de 3 vezes, e a ultima vez nao entrou na suposta garantia Agora falando de algo ainda mais serio, a pessima qualidade das lentes por ela vendida somadas pela receita por eles fornecida que nao e gerada por um medico me acarretaram um almento subistancial na minha perca de visao. RECOMENTO VEEMENTEMENTE QUE LEVEM SUAS DEMANDAS PARAS OTICAS GASSI, PREÇO BEM PARECIDO POREM COM MUITO MAIS QUALIDADE

I STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU TAKE YOUR DEMANDS TO THE GASSI OPTICS, VERY SIMILAR PRICE BUT WITH MUCH MORE QUALITY

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quando fui comprar e retirar os óculos fui super bem atendido, depois de 3 meses com o meu óculos a armação quebrou nas duas junções das pernas, minha esposa foi levar o óculos até a loja para ver oque poderia ser feito se a garantia cobria o dano, ao chegar na loja ficou no balcão e não foi atendida de momento pois eles estavam ocupados conversando entre eles, assim que resolveram atendê-la veio o vendedor ALAN e ao saber do ocorrido falou com uma arrogância a ela q foi mal uso do óculos e q eu havia quebrado, q era só eu pagar os 45 reais q eles trocavam a armação, por mim sem problemas mas a diferença de atendimento q vc tem ao comprar e depois q precisa do serviço deles é totalmente diferente, não estou reclamando de valores e sim de um atendimento de péssima qualidade que recebemos em momento que precisei de uma ajuda deles. E aproveitando o material e de péssima qualidade, pelo menos da armação que comprei. Infelizmente n posso trocar por conta da lente vou ter q continuar com o mesmo modelo.

And taking advantage of the material and of poor quality, at least the frame I bought. Unfortunately I can't change it because of the lens I'll have to keep the same model.
