★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ótima educação e tratamento dos funcionários! Nunca havia comprado nessa loja, fui muito bem atendido e achei os preços juntos e a disposição dos produtos muito bem organizada! Comprei um óculos novo de grau no sábado 12/03/22 o qual seria entregue em 17/03/22. Porém na segunda, 14/03 meu óculos antigo quebrou de vez e relatei à loja, perguntando se era possível antecipar. Além de me passarem o feedback que estavam cuidando do caso, conseguiram antecipar em dois dias, resolvendo meu problema e mostrando um atendimento diferenciado em comparação à qualquer outra ótica! Com certeza comprarei novamente!
Great education and treatment of staff! I had never bought from this store, I was very well attended and I found the prices together and the arrangement of the products very well organized! I bought a new prescription glasses on Saturday 03/12/22 which would be delivered on 03/17/22. But on Monday, 03/14, my old glasses broke for good and I reported it to the store, asking if it was possible to anticipate. In addition to giving me the feedback that they were taking care of the case, they managed to anticipate it in two days, solving my problem and showing a differentiated service compared to any other optician! I will definitely buy again!
