★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSSIMO. Minha primeira experiência com a óptica foi com a vendedora Tatiana, que foi excelente e super transparente comigo. Gostei tanto que na hora de trocar a lente do óculos retornei no local, porém Tatiana não trabalhava mais lá. Dessa vez fui atendida por um funcionário chamado Victor, que depois vim descobrir que agiu de má fé comigo. Eu me interessei por lente de contato, porém queria experimentar antes por nunca ter usado. Ele me garantiu que conseguiria a lente de teste para mim. Ok, fechei a troca de lente dos óculos e fiquei de experimentar a lente de contato no dia que retornasse para buscar meus óculos. Como o querido já sabia que eu ia descobrir a sua mentira, que não havia lente de teste coisa nenhuma, ele se escondeu de mim na hora que fui buscar meus óculos e outra vendedora teve que finalizad o trabalho dele comigo. Ela percebeu que eu havia sido enganada e ficou super sem graça. Achei bem desnecessário o Victor mentir, tudo isso pra garantir uma venda de lente? Querido, seria muito melhor ter sido sincero dizendo que não existe lente de teste na óptica Ipanema, não precisava disso só pra vender óculos. Isso se chama caráter. E infelizmente o caráter de uma pessoa manchou a imagem da Óptica Ipanema. Perdi a confiança pois de certo não houve treinamento ou nenhum supervisor acompanha de perto pra perceber esse tipo de desvio na conduta dos funcionários. Perdi a confiança total e não indico para ninguém.

She realized that I had been deceived and was super embarrassed. I thought it was unnecessary for Victor to lie, all this to guarantee a lens sale? Dear, it would be much better to have been sincere saying that there is no test lens in Ipanema optics, I didn't need that just to sell glasses. This is called character. And unfortunately a person's character tarnished the image of Óptica Ipanema. I lost confidence because, of course, there was no training or no supervisor follows closely to notice this type of deviation in the conduct of employees. I lost total confidence and I don't refer anyone.
