I've done eyeglasses at several optical stores in Campinas, including well-known and reputable ones, but I've never received a service like at Ótica Celi, note 1000.

A equipe da Ótica Celi prontamente foram me atender no hospital, fora do horário de expediente!
Levaram alguns modelos p/ eu escolher e ficou tudo pronto no dia seguinte !!!!
Se isso não é um tratamento especial, eu não sei o q é.
São atenciosos e prestativos!
Recomendo e virei cliente fiel.

The Celi Optics team were promptly meet me at the hospital, out of office hours!
Led some models p / I choose and all was ready the next day !!!!
If this is not special treatment, I do not know what q is.
They are attentive and helpful!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu óculos demorou cerca de 6 meses para ficar pronto, sendo que a previsão era de 1 mês.
Neste período entrei em contato cobrando diversas vezes. Disseram em 3 ocasiões diferentes que a lente havia quebrado no processo de perfuração ou de montagem do óculos, o que não devia acontecer com policarbonato, material indicado pela armação ser a de 3 peças. Cheguei a ir até a ótica retirar o óculos uma vez e ele estava extremamente torto fazendo com que tivesse que retornar em outra data. O atendimento só foi satisfatório no primeiro contato, em que pedi para executarem a troca de lente, piorando em cada contato.
Não recomendo esta ótica para ninguém, sob nenhuma circunstância.
My glasses took about 6 months to be ready, and the forecast was 1 month.
During this period I got in touch charging several times. They said on 3 different occasions that the lens had broken in the process of piercing or assembling the glasses, which should not happen with polycarbonate, the material indicated by the frame being that of 3 pieces. I even went to the optician to remove the glasses once and it was extremely crooked making him have to return on another date. The service was only satisfactory in the first contact, when I asked to perform the lens change, getting worse with each contact.
I do not recommend this optics to anyone, under any circumstances.
