The beautiful store, wonderful place, but I think the seller was not on her best arrogant, thick day nor did I ask the other seller any more questions, until she realized more it was too late.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prometeram me entregar meu oculos com 7 dias, entregaram com 15 dias, quando fui retirar tive que pagar outro valor a mais do que eu ja tinha pago, pessima otica, nao indico a ninguem
They promised to give me my glasses in 7 days, they delivered them in 15 days, when I went to pick them up I had to pay another amount more than what I had already paid, very bad, I don't recommend anyone

Minha visita mais recente fui em janeiro deste ano, fui atendido pela Kellen e percebi que algumas coisas tinham mudado especialmente no atendimento, parecia que só queriam empurrar o óculos para que eu fosse embora logo.
Hoje 27/06 tive um problema com meu óculos, a lente quebrou. Como preciso dos óculos para dirigir e por conta da pandemia não posso ir até o centro da cidade liguei na ótica para pedir o grau da minha última lente comprada na loja.
Mais uma vez e infelizmente fui atendido pela Kellen que me disse: "- Eu tenho a numeração da sua lente, mas só posso passar se você vier até a loja". Isso mostra claramente que o único objetivo dela era fazer mais uma venda e não ajudar um cliente.
Antes disso eu liguei e falei com o vendedor Bruno que também se recusou a me ajudar pois segundo ele estava ocupado atendendo clientes.
Espero que consigam antingir as suas metas, mas eu não gasto mais nenhum centavo nessa loja.

My most recent visit was in January this year, I was attended by Kellen and I realized that some things had changed especially in the service, it seemed that they just wanted to push the glasses so that I would leave soon.
Today 06/27 I had a problem with my glasses, the lens broke. As I need glasses to drive and because of the pandemic, I can't go to the city center so I called the optician to ask for the degree of my last lens bought at the store.
Once again and unfortunately I was attended by Kellen who said: "- I have your lens numbering, but I can only pass if you come to the store". This clearly shows that her only goal was to make another sale and not help a customer.
Before that I called and talked to the seller Bruno who also refused to help me because he was busy serving customers.
I hope you can achieve your goals, but I don’t spend another penny in that store.

Não sabem fazer óculos de perto. Fizeram 1 errado, fizeram outro continua errado. Não sabem medir DP.
Atendimento ruim.
Não perca seu tempo e seu dinheiro, evitem essa ótica.
Bad optics.
They don't know how to make glasses up close. They did 1 wrong, they did another one is still wrong. They don't know how to measure DP.
Bad service.
Don't waste your time and money, avoid this optics.
