PASSEI NA CONSULTA COM O MEU OFTALMO DE CONFIANÇA QUE PASSO DESDE SEMPRE, E SÓ TENHO MIOPIA, FUI ATÉ ESSA ÓTICA COM MINHA RECEITA DE 1.25 DE MIOPIA E 4,25 DE MIOPIA, FIZERAM 1 DE MIOPIA + ASTIGMATISMO E 4 DE MIOPIA, TUDO ERRADO MUITA FALTA DE RESPEITO COM O CLIENTE E A SAÚDE. TOTALMENTE RIDICULO

I WENT IN THE CONSULTATION WITH MY CONFIDENCE OPHTHALM I HAVE EVER SENT FROM, AND I ONLY HAVE MYOPIA, WENT UP TO THIS OPTICS WITH MY REVENUE OF 1.25 MYOPIA AND 4.25 MYOPIA, DID 1 MYOPIA + ASTIGMATISM AND 4 MYOOPY, TUDY, MYOOPY, TUDY VERY LACK OF RESPECT WITH THE CUSTOMER AND HEALTH. TOTALLY RIDICULOUS

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível! Fiquei com uma pendência, quando fui resolver o "problema" simplesmente trataram com descaso. Além de passar telefones errados, resumindo.. Tive que entrar em contato com outra empresa filial pra poder conseguir uma resposta adequada.
Horrible! I was left with a pending issue, when I went to solve the "problem" they simply treated it with indifference. In addition to passing wrong phones, in short ... I had to get in touch with another branch company in order to get an adequate answer.

Principalmente pelo responsável que fica na parte da manhã e tarde,(na verdade fomos atendidos por duas pessoas) enfim... tirou todas as dúvidas e acrescentou as devidas informações cabíveis. Por fim, escolhemos as armações e aguardamos. Resultado de tudo isso? Eu e meu esposo super satisfeitos com o atendimento de todos da loja de São Mateus.
Muitas opções de escolhas das armações e ótima qualidade das lentes. Foi três óculos, dois de grau e um de sol c/grau e preços amigáveis e qualidade impecável. Muito obrigada a todos! Com certeza voltaremos e super indicamos. ;)

Mainly by the manager who is in the morning and afternoon, (actually we were attended by two people) anyway ... cleared all doubts and added the appropriate information. Finally, we chose the frames and waited. Result of all this? My husband and I were very pleased with the service of all the store of St. Matthew.
Plenty of frame choices and great lens quality. It was three glasses, two of grade and one with sunglasses and friendly prices and impeccable quality. Thank you very much to all! We will definitely be back and we super recommend. ;)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Adquiri um óculos nesta ótica, porém , tive que pedir a troca, devido, não conseguir ver bem com o óculos , apesar de trocarem os mesmos problemas continuaram, por isso nao recomendo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ fiz meu exame e o óculos nessa ótica, me arrependo amargamente, faz seis meses que fiz, vou ter que fazer outra lente em outra ótica, não recomendo. propaganda enganosa, serviço de péssima qualidade.
I did my exam and the glasses from that point of view, I regret it bitterly, it's been six months since I did it, I'm going to have to make another lens in another point of view, I don't recommend it. misleading advertising, poor quality service.
