Eu fiquei e estou planatada aqui até agora depois de ter ido lá denovo e elas terem me garantido que chegaria em casa hoje , mas até agora nada ... Então eu não vou querer mais ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz um oculos com a oticas madri no começo de março a ser entregue dia 27 de março, por conta da pandemia as lojas fecharam, até ai tudo bem!
No mes de abriu voltou a fucionar, e desde entao estou ligando na loja pra saber do oculos e sempre a resposta é a mesna a ricardo daqui a pouco te retorno pra falar do seu oculos que fulana nao esta ( talvez a gerete,sei la quem quém seja ) so foi pretesto pra enrrolar, liguei 1,2,3,4,5 e a resposta continuava a mesma ninguem pra informar a situação que se encontrava o oculos .. Se passaram mais ou menos 10 dias resolvi ir na loja exatamente 5 de maio olha bem o tempo ! De março ja estamos em maio . resolvi aparece na loja para pegar meu dinheiro que dei de entrada la no começo de março pq ja faltou de mais com compromisso a minha pessoa, quem me atendeu foi a. Raquel a mesma de quando eu ligava e nao me dava uma satisfaçao sobre os oculos na loja de itaquaquecetuba .. Sempre dizendo eu do um retorno pra vc.. Deixa seu numero e deixava meu numero a cada vez que ligava .. E nunca me retornaram pra dar uma satisfaçao, agente cliente é oq agora ? Troxa? Como apareci dia 5 de maio na loja na supresa veio a raquel me atender" oi boa tarde posso ajudar ? " logo eu disse" vim buscar meu dinheiro de volta que vcs ja fizeram muita hora com a minha cara .. Ai conversa vai conversa vem me ofereceram café agua e eu disse nao muito obrigado nao quero nada .. Quero meu dinheiro.
Ai a raquel pegou o telefone e ligou pro laboratorio perguntando do meu oculos .. E o rapaz disse que nao estava pronto" e que a lente que eu pedi estava em falta " poxa deixei meu numero e liguei tantas vezes nao poderia ter me comunicado? De fato oq estava acontecendo? Eu ia entender! Me pediu mil desculpas mil perdoes pelo ocorrido e que se eu desse mais 1 voto de confinça pra loja em 2 dias o oculos estaria na minha casa com as lentes que tinha no momento , mesmo eu dizendo que estava com o pé. Atras com a otica eu resolvi dar esse voto de confiança que me pareceu tao sincero ..hoje dia 7 dois dias depois liguei la as 15:45 saindo do trabalho, o dia que seria entregue meu oculos ..
A raquel ate deu e disse que o oculos nao chegou ainda que o rapaz ia levar la e que so entregaria no dia seguinte .. Dizendo que ia me chamar no whatsap da loja pra me avisar que horas o oculos ia serentrwgue na loja , estou aqui esperando até agora ni guem me chamou em canto nenhum .. E como age te faz? Estou indgnado com a situaçao desmerecimento total .. E desrrespeito com seus clientes falta de compromisso.. Otica zero zero zero nas palavras .. Vou la e pegar meu dinheiro de volta pq nao quero mais! Nao merece nwnhuma estrela.
