Levei até a ótica para acionar a garantia, porém como a armação já estava meio danificada forneci uma nova armação e expliquei às atendentes que a substituição fosse efetivada na nova armação. Porém a substituição foi feita na armação antiga.
My prescription lenses started to damage after just 3 months of use. I took it to the optics to trigger the warranty, but as the frame was already damaged, I provided a new frame and explained to the attendants that the replacement would be effected in the new frame. But the replacement was made in the old frame.
