★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo. Não entregaram meu óculos na data certa, e vou viajar sem o óculos, por conta disso estou com fortes dores de cabeça. Colocaram a culpa no moto boy, que ficou preso no trânsito. Sendo que entreguei o óculos antes das 16h, um dia antes.
 I do not recommend. They did not deliver my glasses on time, and I will travel without the glasses, because of this I have severe headaches. They put the blame on the motorcycle boy, who got stuck in traffic. Being that I delivered the glasses before 4 pm, the day before.

Deixei 7 relógios para troca de bateria. 2 dias depois me avisaram que estavam prontos. Perguntei quanto seria para me entregar bem pertinho, e acabaram me entregando sem custo ! :)
Quando abri os saquinhos de cada relógio, um deles estava escrito:
"não cobrar - foi só um ajuste". :):)
Eu não tinha como saber que aquele relógio precisava apenas de um ajuste, mas fiquei muito feliz em saber que eles foram honestos e não me cobraram nada por ele ! Se tivessem cobrado a troca da bateria, eu teria págo e achado normal.
Bom saber que ainda existem empresas que não enganam o cliente !!!
Definitivamente, ganhou minha confiança e meu elogio aqui do Google !

I left 7 watches for battery replacement. Two days later they told me they were ready. I asked how much it would take to get me very close, and they delivered me at no cost! :)
When I opened the sachets of each watch, one of them was written:
"do not charge - it was just an adjustment". (I.e.
I had no way of knowing that that watch only needed a fit, but I was very happy to know that they were honest and did not charge me for it! If they had charged the battery change, I would have found it normal.
Good to know that there are still companies that do not fool the customer !!!
It definitely won my trust and my compliment here from Google!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amei o atendimento, tenho dificuldades em achar armações e lentes que fiquem bem no meu grau alto e nas proporções grandes de meu rosto, não se trata da estética, mas do acerto focal. Já fui em várias óticas mas aqui eles mediram com cuidado, explicaram o pq e fazia tempo que não enxergava tão bem. Super feliz ^___^
I loved the service, I have difficulties in finding frames and lenses that look good on my high grade and on the large proportions of my face, it's not about aesthetics, but about focal accuracy. I've been to several viewpoints but here they measured carefully, explained why and I hadn't seen so well for a while. super happy ^___^
