★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compro armações há anos nessa loja! Foi nela onde encomendei minha primeira armação quando passei a usar óculos em 2013. Todas as lentes são de ótima qualidade (já encomendei lentes do tipo anti reflexo e blue light), assim como as armações. A equipe tem um ótimo atendimento, os funcionários são simpáticos e atenciosos. Nos vários anos em que solicitei o serviço de troca de lentes ou quando comprei lentes + armação, por vezes eles entregaram os óculos prontos antes mesmo da data prevista. Também já precisei fazer ajustes pontuais, como desentortar uma haste ou apertar melhor o apoio do nariz do óculos e isso pôde ser feito rapidamente. Recomendo o estabelecimento!
 I have been buying frames for years at this store! That's where I ordered my first frame when I started wearing glasses in 2013. All lenses are of great quality (I've ordered anti-reflection and blue light lenses), as are the frames. The staff has great service, the staff are friendly and attentive. In the several years that I requested the lens exchange service or when I bought lenses + frame, sometimes they delivered the glasses ready even before the scheduled date. I've also had to make occasional adjustments, such as straightening a stem or tightening the glasses' nose support better, and this could be done quickly. I recommend the establishment!

Entrei só para saber o preço de um óculos de sol que me chamou atenção, acabei comprando, porque o preço estava bom e o atendimento do Edson foi fundamental. De brinde ganhei o concerto de dois óculos de leitura que estavam quebrados precisando de um pronto socorro. A ótica tem preços ótimos e não tentam te vender o mais caro da loja. Nesta ótica eu senti que o fundamental é o cliente sair contente. Eu saí muito feliz pela compra que fiz e muito grata pelos concertos que ganhei de brinde. Isso hoje é raridade e tem que ser exaltado. Sucesso para Ótica Paulista de Osasco.

I went in just to find out the price of a sunglasses that caught my attention, I ended up buying it, because the price was good and Edson's service was fundamental. As a gift, I got the concert of two reading glasses that were broken in need of an emergency room. The opticians have great prices and they don't try to sell you the most expensive in the store. From this point of view, I felt that the fundamental thing is for the customer to leave happy. I left very happy with the purchase I made and very grateful for the concerts I got as a gift.
