★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostei demais do atendimento, da rapidez na entrega e da qualidade do trabalho que encontrei na loja quase na entrada do Trade, na rua Paulo Gustavo, em Icaraí. O atendimento do Lucas e a qualidade do trabalho do Nelson (sim, em apenas 70 anos de vida aprendi a valorizar pessoas e dar menos importância a números) se acoplaram e o resultado foi meu novo par de óculos redondinho, bacana, que me lembrou minhas lentes iguais às do Lennon do meu tempo de adolescente. Dois craques, pois o Lucas acertou na mosca me mostrando o produto que eu queria e o Nelson acertou em cheio na finalização. É gool! Foi uma conjugação feliz de trabalho profissional de ambos tão bem-sucedida que meu par de óculos novos, como numa fusão nuclear, ficou pronto em menos de 24 horas. Pois é, e diante disso, como não recomendar essa ótica maravilhosa e seu(s) proprietário(s) que, sabiamente, se cerca tão bem de gente "profiça". Parabéns ao Nelson, ao Lucas e ao chefe de ambos. Cinco estrelas ou mais, se a ferramenta acrescentar. Muito bom ser atendido e conseguir o produto exatamente do jeito que eu queria.
 I really enjoyed the service, the speed of delivery and the quality of the work I found in the store near the entrance to Trade, on Rua Paulo Gustavo, in Icaraí. Lucas' service and Nelson's quality of work (yes, in just 70 years of life I learned to value people and give less importance to numbers) came together and the result was my nice new pair of round glasses, which reminded me of my own. lenses like the Lennon from my teenage years. Two aces, because Lucas hit the bull's eye showing me the product I wanted and Nelson hit the nail on the submission. It's goal! It was such a successful combination of professional work by both of them that my new pair of glasses, like a nuclear meltdown, was ready in less than 24 hours. Well, and in light of this, how can you not recommend this wonderful perspective and its owner(s) who, wisely, surround themselves so well with "professional" people. Congratulations to Nelson, Lucas and their boss. Five stars or more if the tool adds it. It's great to be served and get the product exactly the way I wanted it.

Elogio especial ao Matheus que além de um excelente profissional é super atencioso.

Há 1 ano tive, o primeiro contato e logo me chamou a atenção dois aspectos: a atenção e o profissionalismo do Gerente Matheus no atendimento dispensado a mim e a minha esposa. Realmente, saímos muito satisfeitos com a compra (especificações sobre o produto, facilitação no pagamento, desconto no preço final e suporte no pós-venda). Agora, retornei à Ótica e voltei a ser atendido pelo Matheus que ratificou toda a atenção de antes. Ganharam um cliente fiel.
