★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Impressora não detectou cor, mesmo o envio da impressão sendo colorido os papéis saíram todos preto e branco e mesmo assim a empresa cobrou impressão colorida! O atendente viu papel por papel que a impressão saiu preto e branco... Enfim, absurdo! Uma coisa tão simples que poderia ter resolvido.
Printer did not detect color, even though the print was sent in color, the papers came out all black and white and even then the company charged for color printing! The attendant saw paper by paper that the print came out black and white... Anyway, absurd! Such a simple thing that could have solved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A qualidade da impressão não é ruim mas é o atendimento é péssimo. Os atendentes trabalham sem vontade nenhuma, como se não tivessem sendo PAGOS pra isso. Apesar de ser a gráfica mais perto pra mim, esse descaso com o cliente (que não é de hoje) faz ser preferível procurar por outras opções que entregam o mesmo serviço e preço porém com um atendimento bem melhor. Já são anos que acabei indo ai por comodidade mas não teve uma vez que eu tive um atendimento bacana. Simplesmente muito ruim mesmo.
The print quality is not bad, but the service is terrible. The attendants work unwillingly, as if they weren't being PAID for it. Despite being the closest print shop for me, this disregard for the customer (which is not new) makes it preferable to look for other options that deliver the same service and price but with a much better service. It's been years since I ended up going there for convenience but not once have I had a nice service. Just really bad.

Todas as vezes, fui atendido, com muita gentileza, por parte de seus colaboradores.
Empresa possue pessoal capacitado profissionalmente, para executarem os mais variados servicos que são oferecidos pela mesma.
Apesar de existirem dezenas de empresas concorrentes, essa a meu ver se destaca pela qualidade de seu trabalho.
Dessa forma, a recomendo para quem deseja efetuar qualquer tipo de serviço que necessite, relacionados a impressão e cópias, coloridas ou em preto e branco.
