★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Há 1 ano atrás estava com a saude debilitada e fiz vários exames nessa clínica demorou um pouco mas por causa da demanda,mas me senti amparada e compriendida resultados saiu no prazo conversei e fizeram o melhor .
Hoje estou voltando lá, falo se teve mudança no meu ponto de vista .
Então acabei de sair da clinica foi otimo o atendimento

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liguei no telefone não atendeu, vim um dia anterior pessoalmente pra saber o valor e se fazia o exame, foi confirmado que sim, quando chego na clínica com minha avó de 80 anos pra fazer um RX tórax PA/P demorou quase 2 horas ela sendo prioridade, as recepcionista me deu a justificativa que só tinha uma sala, se não dá pra ter um atendimento de qualidade é melhor nem ter, não recomendo!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento na clínica é ótimo, mas as atendentes por telefone divam ter um treinamento. Passam informações todas erradas. Saí do Eusébio pra ir fazer raio x do meu filho, cheguei lá me disseram q não atendiam na idade dele e nem estava funcionando raio x a tarde devido a manutenção, e por telefone me passaram as informações todas erradas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Diria que a pior clínica , muito mal organizada , cheguei 07:00 da manhã e fiquei mais de 2 horas lá esperando , só colocando gente que chegou muito depois na minha frente , vim embora porque já estava cansada . Isso é muito desumano , a clínica sabe que ali tem pacientes com mais de 8 horas em jejum é simplesmente deixam esperando mais de 2 horas para ser atendido . Foi minha primeira vez e a última , pois nao pretendo voltar mais na clínica
I would say the worst clinic, very poorly organized, I arrived at 07:00 in the morning and spent more than 2 hours there waiting, just putting people who arrived much later in front of me, I left because I was already tired. This is very inhumane , the clinic knows that there are patients there who fast for more than 8 hours and they simply leave them waiting for more than 2 hours to be seen . It was my first and last time, because I don't intend to go back to the clinic anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência não foi muito agradável entrei em contato pelo WhatsApp da clínica um dia antes de ir fazer o exame perguntando se teria atendimento para Ultrassom e Rx e informaram que sim e quando chego a clínica dizem que não terá atendimento isso é um absurdo com o cliente , pq vc tem custo com deslocamento e perdi meio dia de trabalho e só dar a viagem e as atendentes são bem sérias e não dão muitas opções de resoluções para o problema. Enfim precisa melhorar o atendimento on line e presencial

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para quem tem a LIV como plano de saúde aqui tbm atende para clínico geral e mais 2 especialidades. Quando você passa na rua mal vai conseguir ver que o local é aqui. Por isso, presta atenção nessa placa da fisioterapia que fica bem na frente. Quanto ao atendimento, a demora vai depender do dia, se tem muitos ou pouco pacientes.
