â â â â â Dia 04/01 fui a unidade realizar uma ultrassom obstĂ©trica e na entrada informaram que nĂŁo estavam permitindo acompanhante, tinha entrado em contato no dia 03/01 via WhatsApp e informaram que era permitido a entrada de um acompanhante.
Ok, meu marido ficou do lado de fora em um sol escaldante.
Esperei mais de uma hora para ser atendida e a ultrassom foi realizada em QUATRO MINUTOS!
Ă aquele barato que sai caro!
On 01/04 I went to the unit for an obstetrical ultrasound and at the entrance they informed that they were not allowing a companion, they had contacted her on 01/03 via WhatsApp and informed that the entry of a companion was allowed.
Okay, my husband was outside in the blazing sun.
I waited over an hour to be seen and the ultrasound was performed in FOUR MINUTES!
It's that cheap that is expensive!

Eu que estava "tomada" de dor, agendei uma consulta, cheguei a unidade da rua Manoel Castelo Branco Ă s 10h, o rapaz que me recepcionou foi super gentil e atĂ© me ajudou com algumas orientaçÔes, fui chamada ao guichĂȘ atĂ© que rĂĄpido, porĂ©m, a falta de atenção e desorganização prevaleceu e NĂO COLOCARAM MEU NOME PARA O MĂDICO CHAMAR... Eu pensando que estavam dando prioridade aos mais idosos ou casos especiais, quando vi o mĂ©dico confirmando o encerramento com as atendentes e corri para informar que eu nĂŁo havia sido atendida, foi quando localizaram meus dados e pediram para o mĂ©dico chamar. Eu fui atendida um pouco mais das 12h. Estresse para o mĂ©dico que deve ter alguma programa e se vĂȘ nesta situação e eu como paciente, tendo que esperar por mais de duas horas para ser atendida. Graças a Deus que o mĂ©dico foi super gentil e atencioso Dr. JosĂ© Matos, mas minha insatisfação com a falta de organização no atendimento me deixou bastante chateada e insatisfeita.

I thought that they were giving priority to the elderly or special cases, when I saw the doctor confirming the closure with the attendants and I ran to inform that I had not been attended to, that's when they located my data and asked the doctor to call. I was served a little after 12:00. Stress for the doctor who must have a program and sees himself in this situation and I as a patient, having to wait for more than two hours to be seen. Thank God that the doctor was super kind and attentive Dr. José Matos, but my dissatisfaction with the lack of organization in the service left me quite upset and dissatisfied.

SĂł se vĂȘ os funcionĂĄrios pra la e pra cĂĄ! Cheguei Ă s 7:30 para coleta de exame, faltava 15 pessoas para meu atendimento, jĂĄ sĂŁo 09:10 e faltam ainda 8 pessoas! Ex. : Chamam a senha E002 a pessoa nĂŁo apareceu, porque nĂŁo chamar a senha E003!!!??? Passam para outra chamada! Isso Ă© um absurdo e falta de respeito com cliente!

You only see the employees to and fro! I arrived at 7:30 for exam collection, there were 15 people missing for my appointment, it's already 09:10 and there are still 8 people to go! Ex. : They call password E002 the person did not appear, why not call password E003!!!??? Move on to another call! This is absurd and disrespectful to the customer!
