NO DIA DA CONSULTA Q ESTAVA PARA AS 10 HORAS EU FUI A DE Nº2 CERTO ATE AI, POREM SO FUI SER ATENDIDA AS 12:10, MEDICO CHEGA ATRASADO NINGUEM DA UMA SATISFACAO, AFF ODIEI .. AGORA ESTOU TENTANDO MARCAR UM EXAME .. O MESMO PROCESSO .. NINGUEM ATENDE O TELEFONE. A CLINICA É EM UM LUGAR BOM, AMBIENTE MARAVILHO E ACONCHEGANTE MAIS DEIXA A DESEJAR NO ATENDIMENTO.
TELEPHONE NEVER ANSWERS, THERE ARE VARIOUS CONTACT OPTIONS, BUT THE FLAME WAS NEARLY A WEEK TRYING TO MARK A PNEUMOLOGIST. NOW I'M TRYING TO SCHEDULE AN EXAMINATION .. O SAME PROCESS .. NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE. THE CLINIC IS IN A GOOD PLACE, WONDERFUL AND COMFORTABLE ENVIRONMENT LEAVES MORE DESIRE IN THE SERVICE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se tratassem com agilidade não iria lotar. Cheguei só tinham duas pessoas e só vi chamar depous que lotou. Minha consulta era às 13:30, cheguei cedo e só fui chamado às 15:00. Depois teve mais 10 minutos só esperando uma assinatura em um exame. E o Fonoaudiólogo não vem trato para crianças pequenas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nossa nunca fui tão mal atendida ou melhor não atendida, numa clinica que se diz trabalhar com horário marcado ou seja pronto atendimento,marquei uma consulta com o medico,alergista Nelson Guiabano. estávamos marcados para as 14h20 , ok as 15h30 o citado medico não havia atendido ninguém ainda segundo a recepcionista ele se encontrava na clinica mais ainda não tinha chamado ninguém ,acho total falta de respeito e consideração pois não estávamos lá pendido nenhum tipo de favor. e mesmo que fosse e dever dele como ser humano é pelo menos dar uma justificativa, pois quando começamos a reclamar eu e outra moca que também estava marcada para as 14h40 a recepcionista nos falou que reclamação era pra ser feita direto na sala dele ou seja do MEDICO, gente eu não acreditei no que ouvi, então mim ajudem o que as benditas cujas estavam fazendo ali se não pra atender.
Acho crucial o pronto atendimento se não atendeu ainda justifica e se vai demora avisem.
eu estava com meu filho que iria ser atendido de 5 anos e meu bebe de 6 meses que o levei pois não tinha com quem deixar .detalhes saímos de Maragogi-AL , para sermos desatendido pelo tal medico , que jamais o indicarei pra ninguém. meu filho tem problema de alergia e sempre foi acompanhado com uma medica do Hospital Arthur Ramos que esta de ressesso por isso procuramos um outro para estar atendendo-o .mais TOTAL DECEPÇÃO.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendente não foi muito cortez no atendimento, além de tudo ele estava tossindo bastante, não sei como tá sendo o protocolo para os funcionários da clínica. Eles dizem que o atendimento é hora marcada, porém na hora marcada a médica não tinha chegado ainda, só após 35 minutos chegou e ainda assim foi atender a representantes de remédios.
