★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Açaí de boa qualidade. Não tem "graozinhos" de gelo batido na massa. É bem cremoso e saboroso. As frutas são sempre frescas, os frozens uma delícia e as atendentes são simpáticas. O preço é justo e a qualidade é um dos melhores. Recomendo. O único problema é que quando faz calor, fica cheio, lotado e em época de pandemia, tem bastante fila. A grande procura prova a qualidade.
Good quality acai. There are no "grazes" of ice beaten in the dough. It is very creamy and tasty. The fruits are always fresh, the frozens are delicious and the attendants are friendly. The price is right and the quality is one of the best. I recommend. The only problem is that when it is hot, it is full, crowded and in a pandemic season, there is a long queue. The great demand proves the quality.

No domingo estava vazio, então o atendimento foi rápido.
Funcionários educados, como era a nossa primeira visita, foi explicado tudo antes de pedirmos.
Só achei que falta ter um banner escrito com todas as opções de complementos, para o funcionário não ter que ficar falando 1 por 1.
Tem 10 opções de complementos, pode colocar todos que couberem no copo.
O valor é super justo.
O sabor é muito bom...
Pode colocar açaí na parte de baixo e frozen em cima, ou montar do jeito que quiser.
Tanto do açaí quanto do frozen (pedi de jabuticaba e outro de amendoim), muito bom mesmo. Só o de jabuticaba tinha um pouco de gelo, mas nada de mais.
Porém não gostei do sabor do ovomaltine, nem parece, ou é dos mais baratos.
Copo de 400ml $14,00.
Gastamos $28,00.
Vale muito a pena.

However, I didn't like the taste of the ovomaltine, it doesn't seem like it, or it's the cheapest.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendentes educados. A nota baixa foi pro "sensação" que é destaque do menu deles: calda não havia. O que tinha eram pedaços inteiros de morando cozidos, bem feios e molengões, difíceis de engolir. Pedi a parte uma cobertura liquida de ninho e só piorou a coisa toda, gosto de manteiga de cacau extremamente velha e aromatizante forte. Acredito que tava vencido pois era muito ruim. Derreteram a calda que foi pega de dentro de um balde de 10kl e o moço educado nos deu no potinho.
Tem que ter paciencia pra esperar e tomar um gelado que na minha opinião não compensa. Não tem muitos lugares pra sentar também. Se ficar ali muito tempo reparando, dá pra ficar com receio da limpeza do restante do local e com razão pq só tinha 2 pessoas trabalhando e não da pra limpar mesa chão e lavar a louça (a pia tava CHEIA), enquanto corta fruta, atende o caixa, prepara pedidos do ifood e serve as 3 mesas. Por isso no chão tinha guardanapos caídos usados, as mesas grudentas... alguém lucrando com a exploração dos dois atendentes enquanto descansa.
Polite attendants. The low grade went to the "sensation" that is featured on their menu: there was no syrup. What I had were whole pieces of cooked moray, very ugly and mushy, difficult to swallow. I ordered the part a liquid nest cover and it only made the whole thing worse, taste of extremely old cocoa butter and strong flavoring. I believe you were defeated because it was very bad. They melted the syrup that was taken from inside a 10kl bucket and the polite young man gave it to us in the little pot.
You have to be patient to wait and have an ice cream that in my opinion is not worth it. There aren't many places to sit either. If you stay there for a long time, you can be afraid of cleaning the rest of the place and with good reason because there were only 2 people working and you can't clean the table, floor and wash the dishes (the sink was FULL), while you cut fruit, answer the cashier, prepares ifood orders and serves the 3 tables. That's why on the floor there were used napkins, the tables sticky... someone profiting from the exploitation of the two attendants while resting.
