★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sorvete de vento, muito caro e péssimas atendentes. Já comprei diversas vezes variados produtos do Chiquinho do shopping atrium, dificilmente vinha desse jeito, mas no último mês é a terceira vez que isso me acontece com o novo mix de suflair duo. Na última vez que comprei (21/03/19) fui reclamar, e a resposta que recebi foi: "o fornecedor aconselha fazer dessa forma, não tem jeito moço". Realmente, faz muito sentido deixar um buraco no fundo do pote. Já foi minha sorveteria favorita por muito tempo, não pretendo comprar mais nada com esse atendimento atual e sorvete mal feito.
 Ice cream, very expensive and lousy attendants. I have already bought several different products from Chiquinho from the atrium mall, it hardly ever came this way, but in the last month it is the third time that this happens to me with the new mix of suflair duo. The last time I bought it (03/21/19) I went to complain, and the response I received was: "The supplier advises to do this, there is no way young." It really makes sense to leave a hole in the bottom of the pot. It has been my favorite ice cream shop for a long time, I do not intend to buy anything else with this current service and bad ice cream.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima! Estou a 30 minutos esperando uma casquinha!! Número de funcionários pequeno perante a demanda, prioridade somente para pedidos do IFood, os atendentes se esforçando para dar conta mas é humanamente impossível. Não adianta querer só ganhar, tem que investir em pessoas, o sorvete perdeu até a graça perante a demora. Perdi também o horário da sessão do cinema. Péssimo!!!
Awful! I've been waiting 30 minutes for a cone!! Small number of employees in the face of demand, priority only for IFood orders, attendants trying hard to cope but it's humanly impossible. It's no use just wanting to win, you have to invest in people, the ice cream lost even its fun in the face of delay. I also missed the movie session time. Terrible!!!
