★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad employee management. They were clearly short in staff necessary to take care of everyone. The steak came cold, after I ordered there was no waiter by the table. In the end, when I asked to pack, they didn't pack half of the items. In addition to having added 10% without even asking. A mess!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As an American, I feel embarrassed that Brazilian people have to suffer from eating at an Outback. Outback is a chain restaurant that I would never eat at back home. Places like these have terrible quality food, usually overcooked or over dressed, more likely than not already prepared beforehand just reheated to serve to customers. I'm surprised that Brazilians actually rate this place above a 4, given the superior steak restaurants in town, but hey I guess they enjoy the novelty of eating at an American restaurant (or being fooled that it might be Australian). The sad thing is that I broke my golden rule of eating at an American chain restaurant in another country. Like eating at a McDonalds when you go abroad, quite a sad moment. Unfortunately, the crowd that I was with would not stop insisting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food was good like always we have in outback but for the very first time we had a bad experience in the service. Waitress was very rude and seems to be unprofessional. In the end we were just waiting to leave the place as soon as possible.

Thanks for a nice end of this Friday.
Added another three visits. Today I had the worst restaurant experiance ever.
