Full house is no excuse for bad service, 30 minutes waiting at the table and I ate only that bread, the order was not even made, the waiter didn't even show up. It's the worst Outback you'll ever see

I didn't know the Outback at Shopping Campo Limpo. Late afternoon, we went shopping for shoes and decided to have a beer. Great service ! Excellent food! A spectacular chop! Merit to Jacqueline who treated us as if we were old customers! Congratulations !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O ambiente em si é bem amplo, bonito e limpo. A cebola estava maravilhosa. Na temperatura ideal. Já os Nachos, alguns estavam moles devido não terem escorrido o molho vegano que vem sobre a porção. E por falar em porção, diminuíram o tamanho do copo de Gin. Também percebi que as porções estão vindo com menos quantidade mas, até aí da pra entender. O que não dá pra entender e acho inadmissível é o restaurante já estipular na nota fiscal o valor máximo de gorjeta. Poxa vida, eu tenho o direito de não pagar ou caso eu queira pagar, escolher se pagarei a gorjeta máxima. Muito, mas muito insatisfeita com esse embute de valor máximo de gorjeta na conta. Até porque, o atendimento não foi tão bom assim.
The environment itself is very spacious, beautiful and clean. The onion was wonderful. At the ideal temperature. As for the Nachos, some were soft due to not having drained the vegan sauce that comes over the portion. And speaking of portion size, they reduced the size of the Gin glass. I also noticed that the portions are coming with less quantity but, until then, you can understand. What is not understandable and I find it unacceptable is that the restaurant already stipulates the maximum tip amount on the invoice. Hell, I have the right not to pay or if I want to pay, choose whether to pay the maximum tip. Very, very dissatisfied with this maximum tip value embedded in the bill. Because the service wasn't that good.
