Apresentei o laudo do medico ,o Dp e o centro otico esta errado.Hoje voltei para tomar as medidas porem as funcionarias queriam utilizar a tecnica do chutometro com a caneta. Solicitei o tecnico otico e não tinha. Faz 1 mes e meio que comprei os oculos, continuo sem eles. Utilizo oculos para me locomover. Tenho miopia e nao dirijo sem. Precisei correr em outra otica para fazer os oculos, que alias fizeram corretamente.
Realmente a marca Outlet dos oculos e uma decepção.
My experience is being horrible. They managed to make 3 glasses the wrong way.
I presented the doctor's report, the Dp and the optical center are wrong. Today I went back to take the measurements but the employees wanted to use the chutometer technique with the pen. I asked for the optical technician and they didn't have it. It's been 1 month and a half since I bought the glasses, I still don't have them. I use glasses to get around. I have myopia and I can't drive without it. I had to run to another optician to make the glasses, which they did correctly.
Really the eyewear brand is a disappointment.
