★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência ruim! Fui trocar uma peça pois outra vendedora me orientou a ir na Outlet, pois com certeza trocariam. Chegando lá a vendedora não quis trocar pois não tinha a notinha com a data da compra, pois só estavam trocando as peças compradas em abril.
Como ganhei a peça de presente não tinha a nota e a vendedora não quis trocar mesmo assim.
 Bad experience! I went to change a piece because another salesperson told me to go to the Outlet, as they would certainly change. Once there, the seller did not want to change it because she did not have the note with the date of purchase, as they were only exchanging parts purchased in April.
As I received the gift piece I didn't have the note and the seller didn't want to change it anyway.
