 Worst store ever! They don't deliver the product on time and they don't refund the money... they just stall around, they don't answer calls...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não tem comprometimento com o cliente. Não cumprem a data prevista para entrega, e ao ligar raramente atende o telefone e dão uma satisfação! E nada é resolvido dentro do prazo estipulado por eles. Cada hora é uma data , história, só prolongam a data. Não recomendo para ninguém

No commitment to the customer. They don't meet the expected delivery date, and when they call, they rarely answer the phone and give satisfaction! And nothing is resolved within the time frame stipulated by them. Each hour is a date, history, they only prolong the date. I don't recommend it to anyone

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior loja que já comprei na vida. Não respeitam a data de entrega, estou há três meses esperando a entrega de um sofá. Paguei a vista e até agora nada! Ninguém te dá uma satisfação, quando procuramos, raramente nos respondem e com desculpas esfarrapadas. Ultimamente nem atendem mais. Se quiserem perder tempo e dinheiro, é só comprar nessa loja. Falta de respeito total com o consumidor.
Worst store I've ever been to in my life. They don't respect the delivery date, I've been waiting for the delivery of a sofa for three months. I paid for it and so far nothing! Nobody gives you a satisfaction, when we look, they rarely answer us and with lame excuses. Lately they don't even work anymore. If you want to waste time and money, just buy from this store. Total lack of respect for the consumer.

Comprei um sofá e uma mesa pagando à vista. Atrasou a primeira entrega em 2 dias.. menos de uma semana o sofá de mais de R$ 3k começa a apresentar defeitos por uma reação química da impermeabilização.
Pediram 60 dias pra mandar um novo. Mesmo sendo O DROBRO do tempo que o CDC estabelece, resolvi esperar. No fim pediram mais 30 dias alegando atraso na fábrica. Depois de dizer que entraria com uma ação legal pararam de responder no atendimento. Depois de 2 semanas disseram que entregariam na seguinte. Obviamente que não o fizeram e pararam de responder.
Infelizmente a gente como consumidor fica sem ter o que fazer, um descaso abismal. Isso que eu ainda indiquei pra amigos, ainda bem que não compraram.

I bought a sofa and a table paying cash. Delayed the first delivery in 2 days... less than a week the sofa of more than R$ 3k starts to show defects due to a chemical reaction of the waterproofing.
They asked for 60 days to send a new one. Even being O DROBRO from the time established by the CDC, I decided to wait. In the end, they asked for another 30 days, alleging delays at the factory. After saying that they would file a legal action, they stopped responding in the service. After 2 weeks they said they would deliver it the next time. Obviously they didn't and stopped responding.
Unfortunately, we as consumers are left with nothing to do, an abysmal neglect. This is what I mentioned to friends, I'm glad they didn't buy it.
