I arrived at the store to make a budget and was very well received by Thuany, and what was a budget ended up in business. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui até a loja com a intenção de apenas fazer um orçamento e acabei fechando negócio. Fui atendida pela Jéssica, que fez o projeto e tirou todas as minhas dúvidas pessoalmente e depois pelo wattsApp.
Logo depois, tive contato com a Sabrina do setor de liberação e dei muiito trabalho pra ela: a todo momento eu tinha dúvidas sobre o projeto, ia na loja, mandava mensagem e todas as vezes fui tratada de maneira educada e profissional. Realmente essa mulherada manda bem!!
Por fim, no dia da montagem, a Casa & ART não me decepcionou e mais uma vez mandou a dupla William e Leonardo, que entraram em minha residência de maneira respeitosa, sem fazer barulhos exagerados, com todo o cuidado na hora de movimentar os móveis e também fizeram um trabalho impecável e limpo. Parece bobeira, mas são essas pequenas coisas que fazem a diferença entre um bom e um ruim atendimento.
I went to the store with the intention of just making a budget and ended up closing the deal. I was attended by Jessica, who made the project and answered all my doubts in person and later by wattsApp.
Soon after, I got in touch with Sabrina from the release department and I gave her a lot of work: I had questions about the project all the time, I went to the store, sent messages and every time I was treated in a polite and professional manner. This lady really does it well!!
Finally, on the day of assembly, Casa & ART did not disappoint me and once again sent the duo William and Leonardo, who entered my residence respectfully, without making exaggerated noises, with great care when moving the furniture. and they also did an impeccable and clean job. It sounds silly, but it's these little things that make the difference between good and bad service.
