★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dês de abril desse ano estou indo a essa clínica me marcaram uma cirurgia dia 29 de maio pois tenho 11 nódulos nos dois peito...são nódulos q me encomodam q ao redor já está dolorido pois tenho muitos, têm um maior de 4 cm que me incomoda bastante....contei os dias para chegar o dia pois fãs 3 anos q tenho esses nódulos e cada vez cresce mais nasce mais e quando eu fui a consulta 10 dias antes da cirurgia a doutora me atendeu deu os documentos para levar no dia falou o horário q era pra estar no hospital e tudo mais, depois pegou uma agenda e falou q meu nome não estava mais lá que minha cirurgia foi desmarcada e falou q poderia acontecer pois poderiam ter dado a vaga para alguém com câncer até aí entendi mais sabe oq é vc espera 2 meses contar os dias chegar lá e vê q não deu certo ...marcaram pra dia 29 de julho 2 meses de espera hj fui na clínica e esperei ansiosamente até q a gastrite atacou pois sou muito ansiosa fui atendida por um médico e ele me examinou, na hora do toque senti muita dor no peito esquerdo, ele falou q estava tudo bem que não estava inflamado e depois saiu da sala e falou q ia ver se meu nome ainda estava na agenda depois voltou com uma doutora q já me examinou outras vezes, ela veio me falar novamente q infelizmente cancelaram de novo a minha cirurgia q eles dão sempre preferência quem tem câncer falou q não tinha vaga nem pra quem tem câncer imagina pra quem tem nódulos benignos...eu senti um descaso muito grande parece q estam se referindo a nada significante.Meus nódulos estão em uma fase que estao tornando meu peito dolorido não consigo nem abraçar direito alguém pois doi bastante, esperei mais dois meses e nada contei os dias para chegar o dia da consulta e me falarem isso eles pedem seu número pra nada poderiam ter ligado o dia q cancelou não ligam esperam chegar a data pra vc acorda 5:30 da manhã para estar 7 lá ser atendida as 8 chegar em Casa as10:00 com a notícia q de novo cancelaram sua cirurgia pois não é nada importante....

I felt a great disregard, referring to nothing significant. My nodes are in a phase that are making my chest sore I can not even hug someone right because it hurt a lot, I waited another two months and I counted the days to arrive the day of the consultation and they told me that they ask for your number for nothing could have connected the day that canceled you do not call expect to reach the date for you wake up 5:30 in the morning to be there 7 to be attended at 8 arrive at home at 10:00 with the news that they have canceled their surgery is not important at all ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha mãe foi encaminhada para avaliação, encontraram um carcinoma invasivo durante uma biópsia, super pequeno e perigoso. Ela foi operada e hoje é acompanhado com uso de anastrozol. A descoberta rápida do câncer ajudou muito no tratamento, ela só precisou da cirurgia com remoção de um quadrante e radioterapia. Os funcionários são muito atenciosos e carinhosos. Os médicos que a acolheram e trataram também.
My mother was referred for evaluation, they found an invasive carcinoma during a biopsy, super small and dangerous. She was operated on and is now accompanied with the use of anastrozole. The rapid discovery of cancer helped a lot in the treatment, she only needed surgery with removal of a quadrant and radiation therapy. The staff are very attentive and caring. The doctors who welcomed and treated her too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avaliando aqui o tempo de atendimento! PESSIMO! Cheguei as 7:40, consulta e ultrassom eram as 8:00, sai às 11:00 sem ultrassom (q foi remarcado). Profissionais ótimos, mas o tempo de espera é fora do comum. Se precisa passar aqui venha sem pressa!
Evaluating the service time here! TERRIBLE! I arrived at 7:40, consultation and ultrasound were at 8:00, I left at 11:00 without ultrasound (q was rescheduled). Great professionals, but the waiting time is unusual. If you need to stop here, come without hurry!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os profissionais são muito bons e atenciosos, o problema é a forma de agendamento realizada, se vc estiver agendado para as 13:00 tem que chegar as 8:00 e torcer para ser atendido as 14:00, agendam 30 pacientes para as 13:00 e quem chegar primeiro é atendido, ou seja, não existe agenda é por ordem de chegada.
The professionals are very good and attentive, the problem is the way the appointment is made, if you are scheduled for 1:00 pm, you have to arrive at 8:00 am and hope to be seen at 2:00 pm, they schedule 30 patients for 1:00 pm: 00 and whoever arrives first is served, that is, there is no agenda, it is on a first-come, first-served basis.

Duração da consulta mais de uma hora necessário para os médicos conhecerem a minha história e histórico familiar das enfermidades do cancer. Me senti em um consultório particular .Excelentes profissionais. Educados. Atenciosos. Fui atendida no horário marcado. Respeito pelo paciente isso e fundamental. Gratidão doutoras doutores e recepçã e demais.. Deus Abençoe a todos nesta caminhada por salvar vidas.
First time at this clinic. Just gratitude from reception to consultation. Appointment duration more than an hour needed for doctors to know my history and family history of cancer diseases. I felt in a private office. Excellent professionals. educated. thoughtful. I was attended to at the appointed time. Respect for the patient is fundamental. Gratitude doctors doctors and reception and others.. God Bless you all on this journey to save lives.
