★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou cliente há muitos anos que pede entre 3 a 4 galões de 20 litros por semana. Porém, com a chegada do verão e com a onda de calor, a distribuidora não conseguiu entregar nosso pedido e infelizmente nos deixaram na mão sem nos dar nenhuma satisfação.
No mínimo poderiam ter avisado que não iriam entregar os galões.
A primeira coisa que uma empresa tem que ter é RESPEITO aos seus clientes.
I have been a customer for many years who orders between 3 to 4 gallons of 20 liters per week. However, with the arrival of summer and with the heat wave, the distributor was unable to deliver our order and unfortunately they let us down without giving us any satisfaction.
At the very least, they could have warned that they wouldn't deliver the cans.
The first thing a company has to have is RESPECT for its customers.
