Chegamos na loja e na vitrine uma blusa de frio da Quiksilver estava com a etiqueta assim de R$ 412 por R$ 300,00.
Uma vendedora ( não sei o nome era loira ), nos atendeu, pedimos a blusa de frio masculina da vitrine , ela trouxe e meu marido foi provar!
Nesse tempo ela foi lá no manequim , tirou a etiqueta e quando informamos que iríamos levar e confirmei o valor , ela começou a dizer que era outro, fomos juntos novamente na vitrine a etiqueta não estava lá, e quando questionei ela me respondeu “ Mas na roupa tem a etiqueta com o valor certo “ , falamos várias vezes que foi tirado e ela ficou nervosa e mudava de assunto! Por fim fomos embora sem falar com o gerente e acionar nossos direitos!
Um total descaso essa vendedora, uma loja desse porte deveria ter o treinamento e atendimento correto!

A saleswoman (I don't know her name was blonde), assisted us, we asked for the men's blouse from the window, she brought it and my husband went to try it!
At that time she went there to the mannequin, took the tag and when we informed her that we were going to take it and I confirmed the value, she started to say that it was another one, we went together again to the window, the tag was not there, and when I questioned she replied "But na clothes have the right value tag “, we talked several times that it was taken off and she got nervous and changed the subject! We finally left without talking to the manager and calling our rights!
A total disregard for this seller, a store of this size should have the correct training and service!
