★ ★ ★ ★ ★ tem um monte de vendedores de rua que passam com seus carros e com o som de alto falantes gigantescos no ultimo volume pelas ruas de vinhedo, porém além disso tem um vendedor de Ovos, o Felicio, que está ostilizando alguns moradores, passando com o carro em alta velocidade e atrapalhando o acesso do morador a sua casa e garagem, e xingando as pessoas. Que tipo de apuração pode ser feita nesse caso, ele tem licença para esse tipo de venda, o que posso fazer para que ele não faça mais isso ou que não posso mais passar na rua onde eu moro ??
