São um tanto inflexíveis com trocas, mas a de se entender se tratando de produtos para saúde e de contato direto com pessoas com saúde debilitada.
They are friendly and attentive. They explain the rules well before delivery or sale of the material.
They are somewhat inflexible with exchanges, but that of understanding themselves when it comes to health products and direct contact with people in poor health.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aluguei uma cama hospitalar, e a empresa parou de enviar boletos via correio, começaram a enviar via e-mail onde todo mês tinha que ficar ligando para receber a fatura,neste último mês não sei pq mas a fatura não chegava no meu e-mail e a surpresa foi que ai começaram a dizer que iria para protesto! Como uma pessoa pode ser protestada por algo que não recebeu??? Fiquei muito decepcionada com a empresa com a falta de respeito com o cliente. Oxivida não recomendo a ninguém vcs não merecem nenhuma estrela de avaliação!!!?
I rented a hospital bed, and the company stopped sending bills by mail, started sending via email where every month had to call to receive the invoice, this last month I do not know why but the invoice was not enough in my email and the surprise was that they started saying that they would go to protest! How can a person be protested for something they have not received ??? I was very disappointed with the company with the lack of respect for the customer. Oxivida I do not recommend to anyone you guys do not deserve any star rating !!! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alugamos um concentrador de oxigênio, um cilindro de 20 lts e um cilindro portátil de oxigênio. equipamento entregue sem manual de uso e sem orientação de manutenção.
Atendimento por telefone e instruções verbais desencontradas, pessoas despreparadas para um atendimento importantíssimo e prioritário a vida.
Em 45 dias foram trocados 3 (três) vezes o concentrador de oxigênio, equipamento entregue na parte da manha, a tarde já não funcionava corretamente e não podiam enviar outro no mesmo dia, somente no dia seguinte, quando fomos usar o cilindro, verificamos que estava vazando na válvula.
Equipamento com a tomada de energia fora de padrão, com fio descascado na entrada do equipamento, a válvula do cilindro com problema, tudo um verdadeiro pesadelo.
Não tem suporte no final de semana, nem um celular, nada. Atendimento péssimo, até solicitaram para procurarmos outro fornecedor. despreparo total para atender o mercado e pessoas com necessidades de uso continuo de oxigênio.
Por telefone anotavam sua reclamação e depois uma outra pessoa ligava depois de horas e não resolvia nada. informavam que iriam resolver o problema de troca no dia seguinte.
Um verdadeiro absurdo para pessoas que precisam do equipamento funcionando corretamente 24 horas.
Contratamos outra empresa e fomos atendidos em menos de duas horas e tudo funcionando corretamente como deve ser.
Oxivida nunca mais, não recomendo.

In 45 days were changed 3 (three) times the oxygen concentrator, equipment delivered in the morning, the afternoon was no longer working properly and could not send another the same day, only the next day, when we went to use the cylinder, we found that was leaking on the valve.
Equipment with the energy taken out standard with bare wire at the entrance of the equipment, the cylinder valve problem, all a nightmare.
No support on the weekend, no cell phone, nothing. Bad service, they even asked us to look for another supplier. total unpreparedness to cater to the market and people with continuous oxygen use needs.
On the phone they would take note of their complaint and then someone else would call after hours and would not resolve anything. informed that they would solve the exchange problem the next day.
A real nonsense for people who need the equipment working properly 24 hours.
We hired another company and were serviced in less than two hours and everything was working properly.
Oxivida never, not recommend it.

O produto tem um valor baixo, inclusive o frete foi mais caro que o produto, e agora a loja se recusa a se responsabilizar pelo erro, quer que eu pague novamente o frete de retorno ou leve na loja, o frete seria R$ 25 para receber R$ 20 de volta (preço do produto).
Atendimento ruim, e sem responsabilidade com o consumidor.

O motorista trabalha sem o auxílio de um ajudante.
O atendimento via whatsapp é péssimo, são autoritários, pensam que são os únicos do mercado.
Querem fazer a entrega no melhor horário para eles, não priorizando o cliente.
Os valores de locação são acima da média de mercado.
Já recebi fluxometros com vazamentos.
A logística de entrega não funciona.
Parece que apesar de pagarmos um valor alto na locação do cilindro e na reposição do oxigênio, estamos pedindo um favor.
Fui cliente deles a alguns anos, mais cancei de mesmo pagando ser atendido por pessoas que são mecânicas e não pensam no bem estar do cliente que realmente paga para manter o trabalho deles.
Me enviaram o cilindro sem marcar horário, por incompetência deles e não pude receber, porque o condomínio tem regras.
Esta reclamação, está sendo feita no dia 05/02/2022 e será também postada no site Reclame aqui.
Tomaram a iniciativa de encerrarem o meu contrato de locação, por erro deles porque queriam me cobrar taxa por trazerem o cilindro de oxigênio sem ao menos terem combinado o horário, sendo que a entrega não foi feita.
É muita incompetência.
Estrelas para eles só se for para os entregadores que são prestativos.

I was a customer of theirs for a few years, but I was able to pay to be attended by people who are mechanics and don't think about the well being of the customer who really pays to keep their work.
They sent me the cylinder without making an appointment, due to their incompetence and I couldn't receive it, because the condominium has rules.
This complaint is being made on 02/05/2022 and will also be posted on the Reclame website here.
They took the initiative to terminate my lease, by their mistake because they wanted to charge me a fee for bringing the oxygen cylinder without even having agreed on the time, and the delivery was not made.
It's a lot of incompetence.
Stars for them only if it's for couriers who are helpful.
