★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ao chegar fomos direcionados aos quartos que ainda estavam sendo preparados para nos receber, mesmo confirmação de reserva. Não houve checkin.
No quarto não tem espelho, local para colocar as malas, armadores ou cabides, tomadas acessíveis. O ventilador parou de funcionar no segundo dia e com a chuva do inverno a goteira era em cima da cama. Não tem frigobar ou Televisão.
O café da manhã é muito restrito apenas pão, café, queijo, presunto e leite.
Houve um dos dias que esperamos o café mais de uma hora para ser servido, pois o dono estava de ressaca e esqueceu dos *únicos* hóspedes daquela semana.
Não houve troca de lençóis, toalha e retirada do lixo. E no banheiro o chuveiro não tem controle da temperatura da água: ou é muuuuito quente ou muuuuito fria.
Os funcionários que tivemos contato foram razoavelmente solícitos, no entanto pareciam mal humorados por nossa presença.
Pontos positivos: wi-fi é bom, pousada tem boa localização e é uma área com muito verde.
Por fim o preço pedido não corresponde com os serviços.
Upon arriving we were directed to the rooms that were still being prepared to receive us, even confirmation of reservation. There was no checkin.
There is no mirror in the room, a place to put bags, guards or hangers, accessible sockets. The fan stopped working on the second day and with the winter rain the leak was on the bed. There is no minibar or television.
Breakfast is very restricted to bread, coffee, cheese, ham and milk.
There was one of the days that we waited for more than an hour for coffee to be served, as the owner was hung over and forgot about the * only * guests of that week.
There was no change of sheets, towel and garbage removal. And in the bathroom the shower has no water temperature control: it is either soooo hot or soooo cold.
The employees we had contact with were reasonably solicitous, yet they seemed sulky at our presence.
Positives: wi-fi is good, the hostel has a good location and is a very green area.
Finally, the asking price does not match the services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui nesse mês de janeiro pra passar anoite,porém o lugar parece uma pouco abandonado.Fiquei um pouco chocada,pois um lugar tão bonito,porém com aspecto bem largado e sujo.Não tem café da manhã, Talvez seja reflexo da pandemia.
Enfim só fiquei pq chegamos em Viçosa a noite e precisávamos dormir em algum lugar. Durante o dia nos instalamos em outra pousada.
I went in January to spend the night, but the place seems a little abandoned. I was a little shocked, because such a beautiful place, but with a very loose and dirty aspect. There is no breakfast, Maybe it is a reflection of the pandemic.
Anyway I just stayed because we arrived in Viçosa at night and we needed to sleep somewhere. During the day we settled in at another inn.
