â â â â â Hoje definitivamente decidi que nĂŁo compro mais nada na Padaria Viriato. Comprei alguns salgados, e para a minha surpresa veio uma "porca" (isso mesmo, mas nĂŁo a mulher do porco, e sim a que usamos nos parafusos) dentro (surreal, mas foi isso mesmo, DENTRO!) do salgado de calabresa. NĂŁo recomendo.
 Today I definitely decided that I won't buy anything at Padaria Viriato anymore. I bought some snacks, and to my surprise there was a "nut" (that's right, but not the pig's wife, but the one we use on the screws) inside (surreal, but that's right, INSIDE!) of the pepperoni salt. I do not recommend.

â â â â â A padaria Ă© boa, tem boas opçÔes de pĂŁes e doces, alĂ©m de bufet self service e sopas. Eu adoro os pĂŁes de lĂĄ, com exceção do pĂŁo Frances, que por alguma razĂŁo bizarra, Ă© feio duro e esfarelento, enquanto as demais opçÔes de pĂŁes sĂŁo maravilhosas. NĂŁo consigo entender porque sĂł o pĂŁo francĂȘs Ă© ruim. A sopa Ă© bem gostosa. O que eu gosto lĂĄ, Ă© que aceita ticket restaurante.
The bakery is good, has good options of breads and sweets, as well as a self-service buffet and soups. I love the breads there, with the exception of the French bread, which for some bizarre reason is ugly, hard and crumbly, while the other bread options are wonderful. I can't understand why only French bread is bad. The soup is very delicious. What I like there is that it accepts restaurant tickets.

â â â â â Na data de hoje minha esposa realizou o pedido de um frango na brasa. Acontece que o mesmo foi entregue com diversos pedaços âcrusâ e com a ausĂȘncia das batatas. AlĂ©m disso nĂŁo foi entregue o cupom fiscal.
Ao realizar contato com o gerente Alexandre, a minha esposa ainda foi orientada a pedir bem passado da prĂłxima vez ( como se fosse correto eles entregaram o frango CRU ) . Absurdo, verdadeiro desrespeito com o consumidor.

â â â â â Hoje aqui em casa, compramos 2 frangos com molho e 4 linguiças de pernil. NĂŁo sei se mudaram o molho ou sĂł algum ingrediente, pois os frangos estavam com cheiro e gosto estranhos. Compramos o frango habitualmente e sempre vem bom, nĂŁo sei o que aconteceu dessa vez.
Quase sempre os pedidos (delivery) vem com itens faltantes, fazendo com que os entregadores retornem posteriormente para completar a entrega, o que gera mais espera por parte do cliente.
Today at home, we bought 2 chickens with sauce and 4 ham sausages. I don't know if they changed the sauce or just some ingredient, as the chickens had a strange smell and taste. We buy the chicken regularly and it's always good, I don't know what happened this time.
Almost always orders (delivery) come with missing items, causing couriers to return later to complete the delivery, which generates more waiting on the part of the customer.

â â â â â Liguei para o telefone fixo para encomendar um Frango Assado e pĂŁes. A atendente de forma grosseira quis saber meu nĂșmero de telefone e endereço antes de me responder qual o valor dos produtos que pedĂ. ApĂłs responder os dados solicitados ela desligou. Estou a 2 quarteirĂ”es desta Padaria e apĂłs aguardar 1 hora sem que meu pedido fosse entregue, liguei para saber o que houve. A atendente fingiu nĂŁo ouvir, ficou falando AlĂŽ e desligou. Nunca pensei ser tĂŁo mal atendida em um local que costumo comprar pessoalmente. Nunca mais ligarei e espero que o responsĂĄvel pelo estabelecimento troque a atendente. Isto foi hoje, dia 25/05 as 15:00h.
I called the landline to order a Roast Chicken and buns. The attendant rudely wanted to know my phone number and address before answering me what the value of the products I ordered. After answering the requested data she hung up. I am 2 blocks away from this Bakery and after waiting 1 hour without my order being delivered, I called to find out what happened. The attendant pretended not to hear, kept saying hello and hung up. I never thought I would be so poorly attended at a place I usually shop in person. I will never call again and hope that the person in charge of the establishment will change the attendant. This was today, the 25/05th at 15:00 pm.
