★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Como celiaca fui cheia de esperanças conhecer a padaria. Fiquei TÃO DECEPCIONADA!! Pedi uma coxinha (que estava fria e mole, tipo requentada no microonda, sem contar que era super pequena pra um preço tão alto!), O meu suco de laranja estava com gosto de água pura. Meu marido pediu um sorvete e um café diferente, que nem ele escondeu a decepção... Em relação ao atendimento fomos muito bem atendidos! Mas em relação as refeições, deixou a desejar. Sou celiaca e sinceramente não voltaria! Pensei em falar na hora, mas fomos tão bem atendidos que achei melhor não. Mas pensando bem, deveria ter dito, visto que todos estamos sujeitos a erros e podemos melhorar futuramente. Resumindo, não valeu o preço que paguei... E atualmente só se estivesse com muita fome e sem opção imediata, comeria lá novamente. Desculpa a sinceridade.
 As a celiac, I was full of hope to discover the bakery. I was SO DISAPPOINTED!! I ordered a coxinha (which was cold and mushy, kind of reheated in the microwave, not to mention it was super small for such a high price!), my orange juice tasted like plain water. My husband ordered an ice cream and a different coffee, and he didn't even hide his disappointment... Regarding the service, we were very well attended! But in terms of meals, it left something to be desired. I am celiac and honestly would not go back! I thought about speaking at the time, but we were so well attended that I thought it was better not to. But on second thought, I should have said, since we are all subject to mistakes and we can improve in the future. In short, it wasn't worth the price I paid... And currently only if I was really hungry and with no immediate option, would I eat there again. Sorry for the sincerity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência com a Seleve não foi das melhores, infelizmente. A começar pelo atendimento pelo WhatsApp que é péssimo, com exceção de quando é a Ana (me pareceu a proprietária). Às vezes eu achava que estava conversando com um robô de tanta frieza e demora pra responder. Pensei em desistir da compra várias vezes, mas insisti pq realmente queria experimentar. Tenho costume de comprar utilizando o WhatsApp e digo com propriedade que as atendentes precisam de mais treinamento.
Sobre os produtos, achei ok e nada mais. Paguei R$ 27,00 em um PEDAÇO de torta (até agora não acredito que fui capaz disso). A torta estava boa, fresca, mas definitivamente não vale nem a metade do preço. Entendo e reconheço que o lugar é seguro para celiacos e alérgicos ao leite de vaca e tb que os ingredientes são selecionados e, por isso, mais caros. Mas, definitivamente, um pedaço de torta custar R$ 27,00 é surreal. O brigadeiro custa R$ 3,50 cada, é minúsculo e bem sem graça. E te obrigam a comprar 10 quando é para delivery. Em resumo: gastei mais de R$ 100,00 para 2 pedaços de torta + 10 mini brigadeiros + taxa de entrega. Não recomendo e não tenho a intenção de repetir a dose. Desculpe-me a sinceridade.
My experience with Seleve was not the best, unfortunately. Starting with the service through WhatsApp, which is terrible, with the exception of when it's Ana (she seemed to be the owner). Sometimes I thought I was talking to a robot because I was so cold and slow to respond. I thought about giving up the purchase several times, but insisted because I really wanted to try it. I usually buy using WhatsApp and I say with propriety that the attendants need more training.
About the products, I thought it was ok and nothing else. I paid R$ 27.00 for a PIECE of pie (so far I don't believe I was capable of that). The pie was good, fresh, but definitely not half the price. I understand and recognize that the place is safe for celiacs and those allergic to cow's milk and that the ingredients are selected and, therefore, more expensive. But, definitely, a piece of pie costing R$ 27.00 is surreal. The brigadeiro costs R$3.50 each, it's tiny and quite bland. And they make you buy 10 when it's for delivery. In summary: I spent over R$ 100.00 for 2 pieces of pie + 10 mini brigadeiros + delivery fee. I don't recommend it and I have no intention of repeating the dose. Sorry for the sincerity.
