Perguntei um atendente se tinha tal letra abajur ele disse q não que tinha acabado, aí eu mesma fui procurar achei todas,e a operadora de caixa te chama na filha como se tivesse chamando um cachorro vc pergunta ela uma informação ela com grosseira diz que não sabe!!! Tem ótimos produtos, ótimos preços mais o atendimento é nota 0.
Terrible attendance!!! I asked an attendant if he had such a lamp, he said it wasn't over, so I went looking for it myself, I found them all, and the cashier calls you on the daughter as if she were calling a dog. You know!!! It has great products, great prices but the service is grade 0.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quiseram cobrar preço diferente do que estava no mostruário, falando que era marca diferente, sendo que o produto era absolutamente IGUAL. O vendedor foi grosso e o gerente ainda foi irônico falando q aquele item específico do mostruário eu poderia levar, sendo que estava quebrado. Pilantras e ainda tratam mal.
They wanted to charge a different price than what was on the showcase, saying that it was a different brand, and the product was absolutely EQUAL. The seller was rude and the manager was even ironic saying that that specific item in the showcase I could take, since it was broken. Scoundrels and still treat badly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei uma mesa de ping pong e veio faltando tudo...uma falta de respeito embalar um produto que está faltando peças essenciais para o bom funcionamento. Funcionários despreparados não sabendo informar se produtos estão disponíveis na loja ou não. Dinheiro jogado fora!
I bought a ping pong table and everything was missing... a lack of respect to pack a product that is missing essential parts for its proper functioning. Unprepared employees are unable to inform whether products are available in the store or not. Money thrown away!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O gerente não tem conhecimento nenhum sobre código de defesa do consumidor.
Peguei 3 potinhos de colocar molho, no qual 1 estava com preço de R$1,99 e os demais sem preço no produto, e na banca não havia preço para o mesmo.
Ao chegar no caixa, a atendente informou que o preço era de R$2,99 (preço de um outro modelo de pote), questionei, e a mesma foi verificar com o gerente, o mesmo informou que eu podia levar apenas 1 sobre o valor de R$1,99 e os demais deveriam ser de R$2,99.
O Código de Defesa do Consumidor me garante o direito de levar o item pelo menor preço ofertado, ou seja, eu deveria pagar por cada unidade o valor de R$1,99. Eu não quis ficar com os demais itens, e nem quis fazer um B.O. pela infração cometida.
Mas estou dando o feedback para que a loja possa mudar as condutas, e melhorar os colaboradores, pensando em não responder criminalmente.

I took 3 pots to put sauce on, one of which was priced at R $ 1.99 and the others with no price on the product, and there was no price on the newsstand.
Upon arriving at the cashier, the attendant reported that the price was R $ 2.99 (price of another model of pot), I questioned, and she went to check with the manager, who informed me that I could only take 1 over the amount R $ 1.99 and the rest should be R $ 2.99.
The Consumer Protection Code guarantees me the right to take the item at the lowest price offered, that is, I should pay R $ 1.99 for each unit. I didn't want to keep the other items, nor did I want to make a B.O. for the infraction committed.
But I am giving feedback so that the store can change its conduct, and improve employees, thinking about not responding criminally.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei o material escolar de minhas filhas aqui, e este ano ficou a desejar. Conta salgada, (entedo que está tudo caro) mas, produtos também c/ qualidade baixa.
Comprei essa mochila e me garantiram que ela só soltava o gliter com o tempo (por sinal atendente do caixa muito educada e solicita, pena não recordar o nome para exaltar seu trabalho).
Mas olha o estado da mochila no primeiro dia de aula!!! Comprei essa não só pela beleza mas pelo preço também é imaginei, ser algo durável.
Comprei outra de 30,00 com qualidade muito melhor .. Infelizmente não tenho o cupom fiscal para pedir a troca/reembolso fora que estou a 32km do local (ida e volta da 64km) então fico no prejuízo e deixo um alerta, para um cuidado a mais da loja sobre a escolha de seus produtos para oferecer aos seus clientes,.
Nao basta só vender, tem que fidelizar, e isso se faz com produto de qualidade e bom atendimento.
As estrelas são pelo atendimento, mercadorias da papelaria cara e de má qualidade.
I bought my daughters' school supplies here, and this year it was lacking. Salty bill, (I understand that everything is expensive) but also low quality products.
I bought this backpack and I was assured that it only released the glitter over time (by the way, the cashier was very polite and solicitous, too bad I can't remember the name to praise his work).
But look at the state of the backpack on the first day of school!!! I bought this not only for the beauty but for the price I also imagined, to be something durable.
I bought another one for 30.00 with much better quality .. Unfortunately I don't have the tax coupon to ask for the exchange/refund outside that I'm 32km from the place (round trip of 64km) so I'm at a loss and leave an alert, for a care store more about choosing your products to offer your customers.
It is not enough to just sell, you have to build loyalty, and this is done with a quality product and good service.
The stars are for the service, expensive and poor quality stationery goods.
