Bad and inefficient service. If I had less than 1 star I would! Call any store and land on an IVR. Needing an emergency medication, I spent exactly 47 minutes waiting for care until I gave up. If you depend on the phone service, GIVE UP! Terrible service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Era a melhor, agora tá sendo a pior. Comprei um medicamento em janeiro e o boy não trouxe o troco, confiei nele que me pediu 5 minutos para ir resolver e até hoje nunca mais voltou. Hoje 08/03/2022 meu genro comprou o meu medicamento, explicou tudo certo e eles simplesmente colocaram na bolsa um errado e amarraram, o rapaz confiou e qnd chegou em casa vi que veio o errado e cobraram o mais caro. Dessa vez eu vou pra justiça prq isso é muita irresponsabilidade.
It was the best, now it's the worst. I bought a medicine in January and the boy didn't bring the change, I trusted him who asked me for 5 minutes to go and solve it and to this day he never came back. Today 03/08/2022 my son-in-law bought my medicine, he explained everything right and they just put the wrong one in the bag and tied it up, the boy trusted and when he got home I saw that the wrong one came and they charged the most expensive. This time I'm going to court because this is very irresponsible.
