* Atendente mal educada, arrogante desrespeitosa.
* Não tem proatividade para sanar a insatisfações do cliente. ( Experiênciei, equivoco de marcação das aulas teóricas, demora na marcação das aulas práticas, vc desatenção quanto a reparos de automóvel, e as solicitações realizadas.)
* O agendamento das aulas para categoria B é inospicioso (Normalmente 1 hora por dia o que dificulta o aprendizado, sobretudo de quem nunca teve contato com a máquina/direção. Talvez seja, uma artimanha para venda).
A sensação que se tem é que eles estão fazendo favores ao clientes, que pagam caro pelos serviços.
Mas, tem bons profissionais ( instrutores).
Apesar, não indico a unidade Farolândia.
Terrible attendance.
* Rude, arrogant, disrespectful attendant.
* Has no proactivity to remedy customer dissatisfaction. (Experience, mistake in scheduling theoretical classes, delay in scheduling practical classes, you inattention to car repairs, and requests made.)
* The scheduling of classes for category B is inhospitable (Usually 1 hour a day which makes learning difficult, especially for those who have never had contact with the machine/direction. Maybe it's a ruse for sale).
The feeling is that they are doing favors for customers, who pay dearly for services.
But, it has good professionals (instructors).
However, I do not recommend the Farolândia unit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Todos são bastante educados, e é tudo bem organizado. Os valores estão muito razoáveis. Única ponto de melhoria seria a possibilidade de resolver certas questões remotamente, ainda mais nesse período de pandemia.

Estava bastante contente com o atendimento.
As meninas da recepção são educadas, gentis e muito simpáticas! De modo geral todos os funcionários são educados e gentis. O ambiente é agradável. O dono da autoescola sempre está a disposição para conversar com educação e cordialidade.
Porém o local das aulas práticas precisa melhorar! Eu treinei baliza e garagem com uma distância de aproximadamente 3 metros entre os dois. Essa distância era bastante confortável. Você tem um espaço considerável para retirar o carro da baliza e estacionar em seguida na garagem. Infelizmente na prova prática do Detran o espaço entre baliza e garagem praticamente INEXISTE! É super grudado! E o instrutor não me mostrou o local da prova prática, não me mostrou os cones. O instrutor me mostrou o local da prova prática de longe, atrás da grade. Resultado: para quem aprendeu a dirigir na autoescola e treinar baliza e garagem com distância e espaçamento de 3 metros se prejudica na hora da prova! Fiquei decepcionada ao descobrir tamanha negligência do instrutor em não me ensinar baliza e garagem com pouco espaço, conforme o Detran.
Outra, pode acontecer da prova ser marcado num horário e você chegar mais cedo e realizar a prova mais cedo. Isso pode ser ótimo ,desde que você seja avisado com antecedência. Pra variar ninguém me avisou! Cheguei mais cedo, me colocaram no carro para fazer a prova logo em seguida. Fui pega de surpresa que iria fazer a prova mais cedo.
Fiquei decepcionada com essa negligência da autoescola Criativa. Se resolverem isso, a autoescola será boa.

It's super glued! And the instructor did not show me the place of the practical test, he did not show me the cones. The instructor showed me the practice spot from far behind the railing. Result: for those who learned to drive in the autoescola and train beacons and garage with distance and spacing of 3 meters is detrimental at the time of the race! I was disappointed to discover such negligence of the instructor in not teaching me beacon and garage with little space, according to Detran.
Another, the test can happen on a schedule and you arrive earlier and take the test sooner. This can be great as long as you are advised in advance. Nobody warned me for a change! I got in early, they put me in the car to take the test right away. I was surprised that I was going to take the test sooner.
I was disappointed by this negligence of the Creative school. If they do, the school will be good.

Não recomendo !
I paid the view for the service and was disappointed, I asked for a refund (I'm pregnant and at the moment I had to move to another city) and so far they haven't refunded me.
