Fui fazer depilação a laser nesse estabelecimento (Palmira) e me queimaram. Voltei lá depois de algumas semanas, pois não moro na cidade de Valadares, a pessoa q me fez esse procedimento, me deu uma pomada pra estar passando, e me prometeu ligar depois de um mês pra saber como foi a recuperação. Prometeu tbm me recompensar com uma espoliação e mais algo q n lembro, agora. Enfim, só me ludibriou como se isso tbm ,compensasse o incômodoq eu senti por 2 semanas e meia. Mandei msgm p eles, falando sobre o total descaso, mesmo assim n me responderam. Além da falta de competência, achei um descaso e falta de profissionalismo. Fiquei quase 3 semanas sem poder treinar, fora o desconforto na hora de andar , por causa da fricção. Resumindo, NUNCA MAIS EU VOLTO E NEM RECOMENDO A NGM. Se poupem desse risco.

I went to do laser hair removal in this establishment (Palmira) and they burned me. I went back there after a few weeks, as I don't live in the city of Valadares, the person who performed this procedure gave me an ointment to be on, and promised to call me after a month to find out how the recovery was. He also promised to reward me with a plunder and something else I don't remember now. Anyway, it only deceived me as if this also compensated for the discomfort I felt for 2 and a half weeks. I sent them a msgm, talking about total disregard, but they still didn't reply. In addition to the lack of competence, I found negligence and lack of professionalism. I spent almost 3 weeks without being able to train, apart from the discomfort when walking, because of friction. In short, I NEVER RETURN AND DON'T RECOMMEND NGM. Spare yourself that risk.
