Primeiro instalaram o box errado. Solicitei perfil de alumínio foi colocado branco. Demoraram 15 dias para trocar. Agora o box está vazando e o dono da vidraçaria Sr. Paulo, simplesmente marcou comigo duas vezes e até o momento não foi solucionar o problema. Detalhe, não responde as mensagens de whats App e muito menos atende as ligações. O box está na garantia, foi instalado há cerca de um mês e já está dando problema.
FALTA DE COMPROMISSO E DESRESPEITO TOTAL COM O CLIENTE!!!!
NÃO INDICO NEM QUE O SERVIÇO SEJA FEITO DE GRAÇA!
OBS: as avaliações positivas que constam abaixo, são de familiares do dono da vidraçaria. Não se enganem!
 Worst glazing that exists in Osasco !!!!!
First they installed the wrong box. I requested aluminum profile was put white. It took 15 days to change. Now the box is leaking and the owner of the glazing Mr. Paulo, just checked with me twice and so far was not solving the problem. Detail, does not respond to whats App messages and much less answers the calls. The box is under warranty, was installed about a month ago and is already giving problem.
LACK OF COMMITMENT AND TOTAL DISPENSATION WITH THE CUSTOMER !!!!
DO NOT INDICATE THAT THE SERVICE IS MADE FOR FREE!

Seu material de qualidade e bem instalado com muito capricho, fez o serviço e ao término o ambiente estava limpo, sem restos de materiais. O preço do produto foi o melhor em Osasco, nos locais onde pesquisamos. A instalação foi feita no prazo que ele havia prometido... Parabéns pelo trabalho.

Esse Sr. Paulo é péssima pessoa! Não aceitem serviço porco nem de graça!
Mas posso estar enganada, talvez exista duas Pammikkas em Osasco, que coincidentemente as duas tenham um Sr. Paulo como colaborador (ou dono?). Se for esse o caso, desconsiderem meu comentário, por favor!
Também deve ser coincidência que o Sr. Paulo tenha o sobrenome Miwa e que tenha vários comentários positivos aqui de pessoas com esse mesmo sobrenome. Deve ser um nome bastante comum aqui em Osasco...

This Mr. Paulo is a terrible person! Don't accept pork service even for free!
But I could be wrong, maybe there are two Pammikas in Osasco, which coincidentally both have a Mr. Paulo as a collaborator (or owner?). If that's the case, disregard my comment, please!
