Da última vez fiz o pix e pedi pela manhã que entregassem e já era a noite quando entrei em contato e me disseram que haviam esquecido que seria entregue no dia seguinte pela manhã. No outro dia já era quase 11 hrs da manhã e nada. Pedi que devolvesse o dinheiro pago e simplesmente não devolveram. Simplesmente péssimo. Nunca mais pedirei água nesse lugar. Desorganização total.
Whenever I placed the order, it was delivered super late or several times they forgot to send it. The last time I did the pix and asked them to deliver it in the morning and it was already night when I got in touch and they told me they had forgotten that it would be delivered the next day in the morning. The next day it was almost 11 am and nothing. I asked him to return the money paid and they simply didn't. Simply awful. I will never ask for water in this place again. Total disorganization.
