It was Terrible, the owner and a jerk! I was never treated like this at an official Panasonic store. Putz get that name off the list!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca fui tão mal tratada em uma loja como fui nesta autorizada da Panasonic, os donos um senhor e uma senhora são super grossos, não sabem lidar com o publico, me chamaram de ladra só pq estava indo buscar um aparelho que estava no nome do meu marido e na hora de confirmar os dados falei o endereço que bateu com o que ela tinha no sistema e o numero de celular falei o do meu marido e ele havia colocado o meu numero, por isso eles deram um show me agredindo verbalmente falando alto e me causando grande constrangimento, um absurdo! Deixo aqui minha indignação por existirem seres humanos assim.
I have never been treated so badly in a store as I was in this authorized Panasonic store, the owners, a man and a lady are super thick, they don't know how to deal with the public, they called me a thief just because I was going to get a device that was in my name husband and at the time of confirming the data I spoke the address that matched what she had in the system and the cell phone number said my husband's and he had put my number, so they gave a show attacking me verbally speaking loudly and causing me great embarrassment, absurd! I leave here my indignation that there are such human beings.
