★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O Dr Marcelo é otimo, mas o local não é confortável..os móveis são os mesmos de 13 anos atrás..e demora demais o atendimento, demora em media 1 hora, ou seja marca mas nao atende na hora!
Dr Marcelo is great, but the place is not comfortable..the furniture is the same as it was 13 years ago..and the service takes too long, it takes an average of 1 hour, that is to say, but it doesn’t answer on time!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Demora demais no atendimento!!!! Clinica precisa de reforma. E um pouco mais de simpatia com o paciente. Dei 2 estrelas pq o atendimento do meu filho de 8 anos foi bom, mas o que me deixou decepcionada foi indicar o cozimento com SAL da introducao alimentar do meu bebe de 6 meses e dar "papa". Provavelmente é um medico experiente, mas q nao tem se atualizado. Quando disse q daria de forma cortada os alimentos, falou pra eu tomar cuidado com o engasgo. Isso desestimula a mãe a oferecer no metodo blw. Ao inves disso, pq nao me explicou como proceder com o gag ou o engasgo?
Se nao utiliza esse metodo tudo bem, mas tbm nao falou sobre a i.a. ser participativa. Pra piorar, mandou eu oferecer só 4 tipos de frutas e 6 de legumes e 2 verduras e só o caldo da carne!!!! Hj em dia o bebe ja pode comer de tudo: file de peixe, carne, frango, ovos, todas os legumes e frutas!!! Nao so alguns. O q muda é a forma de oferecer isso a criança (ovos no inicio como omelete, por exemplo). Nao sou pediatra, mas me atualizo mais q esse medico. Nao volto e nao indico!!!
It takes too long in the service!!!! Clinic in need of renovation. And a little more sympathy with the patient. I gave 2 stars because my 8-year-old son's service was good, but what disappointed me was to indicate the cooking with SALT of my 6-month-old baby's food introduction and to give "papa". He's probably an experienced doctor, but he hasn't been up to date. When he said he would cut the food, he told me to be careful with choking. This discourages the mother from offering the blw method. Instead, why didn't you explain to me how to proceed with the gag or the choke?
If you don't use this method, that's fine, but you didn't talk about the i.a. being participatory either. To make matters worse, he told me to offer only 4 types of fruits and 6 types of vegetables and 2 vegetables and only the meat broth!!!! Today the baby can eat everything: fish, meat, chicken, eggs, all vegetables and fruits!!! Not just some. What changes is the way to offer this to the child (eggs at the beginning as an omelet, for example). I'm not a pediatrician, but I keep up to date with this doctor. I won't come back and I won't indicate!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A minha filha se trata na Clínica panda desde os primeiros meses de vida e sem falar q além do Dr. Marcelo e Dr. Paulo sempre cuidaram dela e já se vão 8 anos e agora o meu filho com 3 anos sempre estão na Clínica e qqr problema a qqr horário posso ligar para os mesmos e sempre sou atendido e se for grave pedem para eu levar ao hospital q estão de plantão, suport é o q não falta e os meus filhos adoram os mesmos.
Troco de plano mas não troco de clínica.
My daughter has been treated at the Panda Clinic since the first months of her life and not to mention, besides Dr. Marcelo and Dr. Paulo, they have always taken care of her and it's been 8 years now and now my 3-year-old son is always at the Clinic and qqr problem at any time I can call them and I am always attended to and if it is serious they ask me to take them to the hospital when they are on duty, support is not lacking and my children love them.
Change of plan but not change clinic.
