★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou sem conseguir treinar e fui até a unidade fazer o cancelamento. Fui informada pelo WhatsApp que eu deveria cancelar o quanto antes (mesmo o dia de cancelamento sendo dia 30) e os dias que sobrariam no mês seriam guardados para eu não perder.
Não foi isso que aconteceu. Perdi o final do mês e fui impedida de treinar.
Acho que as informações devem ser únicas e não cada atendente fazer da maneira que achar melhor. (Fora a simpatia da atendente que pelo amor ?). Não volto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Com exceção das recepcionistas que não deixam as musicas que a gente poe na fila da radio tocar, a academia em si é muito boa e com bons equipamentos. E os instrutores (homens) preferem ficar ajudando apenas as garotas e deixam o restante de lado e nao auxiliam todo mundo da mesma forma.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A academia abriu esse ano, então os pontos positivos é que os aparelhos estão novinhos e o espaço é bem amplo, um diferencial é que tem sala de spinning nessa unidade.
Também tem uma sala bem grande focada em cardio com esteiras, bicicletas ergométricas e transport.
Aulas de jump, pump, funcional, Pilates, Abdômen, GAP, Fitdance, Zumba, Step...
Pontos negativos:
Armários do banheiro feminino, vários dá pra abrir tranquilamente mesmo se colocar o cadeado...informei a recepcionista e a resposta foi "pra usar os de baixo que estão melhores", falei que todos deveriam estar funcionando bem já que a academia não tem nem um ano (ela não deu a mínima atenção);
Não deixam os alunos usarem o Wi-Fi da academia, dizem que é apenas para funcionários;
No caso de pagamento recorrente em cartão de crédito a mensalidade é 99,90 e no débito 119,90 então a maioria opta pelo cartão de crédito masss hj mesmo vi uma pessoa reclamando que foi cancelar e vai pagar um mês sem usar (porque o cancelamento demora 30 dias, então acaba debitando da fatura do cartão).
