★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apertada, álcool só na entrada e quando tem e se vc tem pouco conhecimento, vai sofrer pra conseguir orientação. Não se parece em nada com as outras academias da franquia.
Tight, alcohol only at the entrance and when you have it and if you have little knowledge, you will suffer to get guidance. It is nothing like the other gyms in the franchise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui muito bem recebido no primeiro dia, e os professores te atendem com educação, basta pedir, maquinas novas, mensalidade barata, e nunca esta super lotada, pelo menos nos horários que vou.
I was very well received on the first day, and the teachers serve you politely, just ask, new machines, cheap monthly fees, and it's never super crowded, at least during the times I go.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente academia, diferente da unidade Spazio que o atendimento pelo professor é péssimo. Recomendo muito, principalmente para iniciantes que pensam em começar a treinar, os professores são atenciosos e se preocupam com a execução correta dos exercícios, além de explicarem desde o inicio qual o plano de ação e alinhar com seus objetivos. Sobre estrutura eu particularmente gosto.
Excellent gym, unlike the Spazio unit that the teacher's service is terrible. I highly recommend it, especially for beginners who are thinking about starting to train, the teachers are attentive and care about the correct execution of the exercises, in addition to explaining from the beginning what the action plan is and aligning with your goals. About structure I particularly like.
