★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É uma ótima academia, Porém, é uma academia para quem já treina, ou tem personal, pois alguns professores não se importam muito em fazer o trabalho deles! Me senti meio jogado em alguns momentos!
As aulas de fitdance são sensacionais, recomendo e muito! Não sei dançar, mas a Carol é uma professora nota 10!
Não acho que mereça 5 estrelas, mas acredito que a academia tem muito potencial, e é através dela que vou atingir meus objetivos!
Então fica registrado aqui, a minha aposta!
Obs: não generalizei e nem apontei o dedo, caso você seja um professor e tem se esforçado o parabenizo, a intenção não é ofender, é dar um feedback verdadeiro! ❤️
 It's a great gym, but it's a gym for those who already train, or have staff, because some teachers don't mind doing their job! I felt a bit played at times!
The fitdance classes are sensational, I highly recommend them! I don't know how to dance, but Carol is a top 10 teacher!
I don't think it deserves 5 stars, but I believe the academy has a lot of potential, and it's through it that I'll reach my goals!
So it's registered here, my bet!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A academia é a mais completa da cidade, tem uma grande diversidade de aulas coletivas, yoga, muay thai, além da parte da musculação ser ótima, vários aparelhos diferentes e os horários muito flexíveis, recomendo muito !
The gym is the most complete in the city, it has a wide variety of group classes, yoga, muay thai, in addition to the bodybuilding part being great, several different machines and very flexible schedules, I highly recommend it!
