Tem atendimento pelo watssap tb e sempre que necessito comprar peças de artesanato , linhas etc... Corro lá e encontro ou peço pelo zap e elas reservam além de encomendarem qd ñ tem.
Super indico!

There is also watssap service and whenever I need to buy handicrafts, threads etc... I run there and find or ask for zap and they book in addition to ordering when they don't have it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive na loja dia 15/02/22. Comprei alguns aviamentos e linhas. Passei mal e pedi pra usar o banheiro e a senhora do Caixe me negou dizendo que não podia usar devido o Covid. Sinceramente, Falta de empatia, falta de respeito e humanidade. A loja estava cheia. Essa pandemia veio como divisor de muitas máscaras. O que tem haver usar o Banheiro com Covid.
I was at the store on 02/15/22. I bought some trims and lines. I got sick and asked to use the bathroom and the cashier lady denied me saying she couldn't use it due to Covid. Sincerely, Lack of empathy, lack of respect and humanity. The store was full. This pandemic came as a divider of many masks. What has to do with using the bathroom with Covid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento por parte da pessoa que prega os botões de pressão, trata muito mal os clientes dizendo que tá perdendo dinheiro enquanto tá pregando os botões, fiquei constrangida, deveria ter outra pessoa pra fazer esse trabalho.
Terrible service from the person who sews the buttons, treats customers very badly saying that he is losing money while he is sewing the buttons, I was embarrassed, there should have been someone else to do this work.
