★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Só fiquei triste porque o Porto Seguro não aceitou a minha documentação pra alugar o imóvel .foi bem frustrante desapontada. Dei estrela só pelo atendimento da mica que mim atendeu si pó isso não tive sucesso.
 I was only sad because Porto Seguro did not accept my documentation to rent the property. It was very frustratingly disappointed. I gave a star just for the service of the mica that answered me if I was not successful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento PÉSSIMO, mas de 1 mês em contato com a imobiliária, atendente ALINE não retorna no wpp, a atendente Isabelle fica de ver o que aconteceu pra tentar “solucionar” o problema e nunca volta com uma reposta. Os imóveis que tinha interesse nem estão mais disponíveis, um descaso. Mas ainda bem que existem outras imobiliárias e o Quinto andar que não decepciona nunca!!!!
TERRIBLE service, but after 1 month in contact with the real estate agent, ALINE does not return on wpp, Isabelle waits to see what happened to try to “solve” the problem and never comes back with an answer. The properties that I was interested in are not even available anymore, a neglect. But thankfully there are other real estate agencies and the Fifth Floor that never disappoints!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um bando de interesseiros, que só lhe tratam bem quando querem vender o imóvel. Para passar informações são super incoerentes, uma informação não conversa com a outra. Ficam de promessas vazias, enrolando o cliente, pedindo para esperar que naquela semana sai a documentação, e NADA! Perdi um aluguel por culpa dessa imobiliária. Péssimo trabalho!

A corretora Eliane me acompanhou nas visitas aos imóveis e sou me informar tudo que eu perguntei.
Agora estou no processo de vistoria e estou sentindo muita boa vontade da Nayra para finalizar esta etapa até a entrega das chaves.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assim como a grande marioria a imobiliaria oferece um péssimo atendimento, não assume suas responsabilidades , não dá nenhum suporte ao cliente , enfim não recomendo a ninguem!- a resposta dada por vocês é incoerente visto que tentei por diversas contato e simplesmente não responderam ou se empenharam em resolver o problema ...tanto da parte do inquilino tanto da parte do proprietário... se esquivarm das responsablidades, simplesmente o que não quero pra mim não desejo para outras pessoas ... enfim .... ao invés de tentarem justificar resolvam ... fica mais bonito , e aí com certeza a satisfação tenderá a melhorar , pois até então já vi que não é só no meu caso o problema ... vejam os os outros comentário.... coincidência ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um bando de gente incompetente principalmente no setor de desocupação, funcionária Amanda, funcionária Simone que se diz gerente de setor.
Completamente irresponsáveis, desocupei um imóvel em dezembro e ainda tenho que correr atrás pois a imobiliária não possui gente competente para fazer aqui pelo qual são pagos, e não tem quem acompanhe, desorganização total.
Não recomendo, muitas outras da região oferecem quando precisava ofereciam melhor atendimento é muito mais responsabilidade sobre as obrigações a que lhe cabem.
Uma estrela pq não pode ser menos, ninguém tem iniciativa ou se responsabiliza por nada.
Essa imobiliária é uma furada!
A bunch of incompetent people mainly in the unemployment sector, employee Amanda, employee Simone who calls herself a sector manager.
Completely irresponsible, I vacated a property in December and I still have to go after it because the real estate agency does not have competent people to do what they are paid for here, and there is no one to accompany them, total disorganization.
I don't recommend it, many others in the region offer it when needed, they offer better service and much more responsibility for the obligations that fall to them.
A star because it can't be less, no one has the initiative or is responsible for anything.
This real estate company is a hoot!
