A compra não teria sido feita não fosse as explicações sobre a qualidade do produto, paciência para que eu pudesse comparar com os outros e presteza. Ela foi umas duas vezes na outra unidade para me mostrar o outro exemplar que lá estava.
Estou muito satisfeito com a compra.

I was impressed with the friendliness and service of the seller Yasmin. I went in to buy a pen and left the Stationery with a terrestrial globe. The purchase would not have been made were it not for the explanations about the quality of the product, patience so that I could compare with others and promptness. She went to the other unit a couple of times to show me the other copy that was there.
I am very satisfied with the purchase.
Congratulations to the stationery for the excellent hiring and congratulations to Yasmin for the excellence in service!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostaria de registrar reclamação da vendedora Thayna da loja de Niterói. Que não sabe informar valores corretos das mercadorias aos clientes que só descobrem ao passado no caixa. A funcionária deveria ter treinamento ou se já teve deveria ser demitida! Fica aqui minha indignação e quer nunca mais compro nessa papelaria
I would like to file a complaint from the seller Thayna from the Niterói store. Who does not know how to inform correct values of goods to customers who only discover the past at the cashier. The employee should have training or if she has, she should be fired! Here is my indignation and I never want to buy from this stationery store again
