 I arrived at Papelaria Carvalho through social media, reading the recommendations and positive reviews from customers. I was extremely well attended by people who like people! Karen and her parents went to great lengths to meet my needs. I highly recommend this traditional stationery in Ipiranga, with 50 years of good service and a unique mix of products! The variety of quality merchandise in the store is really impressive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugarzinho péssimo! Os dono ou sei lá quem são, só sei que é uma velhinha e um velhinho muito amargos e mal educados. Se tem um lugar que não ponho mais os meus pés, é nesse lugarzinho. Recepção zero! Bom senso dos atendentes passa longe… que bom que existe outras papelarias. Se eu pudesse daria zero estrelas, porque nem 1 estrela merece de tão ruim que achei o tratamento. Melhorem!!
Bad little place! The owners or whoever they are, all I know is that it's an old lady and a very bitter and rude old man. If there's one place I don't set foot anymore, it's this little place. Zero reception! The common sense of the attendants goes a long way… I'm glad there are other stationery stores. If I could I would give zero stars, because not even 1 star deserves it because I thought the treatment was so bad. Get better!!
