Very patient and attentive assistants. I spent almost 1 hour to buy a book because I did not know what to buy and the employee from there helped me during all this time!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento ótimo quando fui fazer no dia 08/01/19 as compras de canetas para colorir e canetas Nanquim, pois precisaria para fazer um trabalho para uma empresa.
Mudei a 1 mês para Ervália-MG e aqui não encontrei esses tipo de material por isso me desloquei para comprar na nobel de Viçosa.E assim o fiz porém quando fui testa-las em casa 2 canetas Nanquim se encontravam falhando e as canetas de colorir também .
Então como não tinha usado o material fui lá com a nota para fazer a troca onde o comportamento das funcionárias já foi diferente, foram muito hostis e mal educadas, já falaram que não se faz troca de canetas.
No local não tem um aviso e não me falaram nada.
A funcionária do caixa ainda comentou que tinha testado todas as canetas, porém isto posso afirmar que ela não o fez, e ainda com um tom de deboche falou que eu tinha usado as canetas.
As compras deram $194.00 porém com o tratamento que fui recebido acabei deixando para lá pois fiquei muito constrangido com tanta falta de respeito e educação. Obs: tinha produtos que estavam lacrados e mesmo assim não fizeram a troca.
Great service when I went to do on 08/01/19 the shopping for coloring pens and Nanjing pens, because I would need to do a job for a company.
I moved to Ervália-MG 1 month ago and here I didn't find these types of material so I went to buy at Viçosa nobel. And so I did, however, when I went to test them at home 2 Nanjing pens were missing and the coloring pens also .
So, as I had not used the material, I went there with the note to make the exchange where the behavior of the employees was already different, they were very hostile and ill-mannered, they already said that there is no exchange of pens.
There is no notice at the site and they didn't say anything to me.
The cashier also commented that she had tested all the pens, but I can say that she did not, and even with a tone of debauchery she said that I had used the pens.
The purchases gave $ 194.00 but with the treatment that I received I ended up leaving it because I was very embarrassed with so much lack of respect and education. Note: there were products that were sealed and still did not make the exchange.
