★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior lugar de São Paulo, gente que desrespeita o cliente, parei pra procurar uma linha e não encontrei, como eu tenho uma loja e vi produtos que me interessava, fui resolver algumas coisas e deixei meu carro no estacionamento Público, quando voltei, como perdi a hora, não deu para parar lá de novo, ia retornar no dia seguinte pra comprar um cesto que tinha visto, mas, para a minha surpresa, fui de forma grosseira informada que o estacionamento era pago e por isso eu não podia ir embora. Conhecendo os meus direitos, direito de trânsito e até porque eu não pretendia parar em vários lugares, já que ia resolver coisas na mesma rua e inclusive fui na loja em questão, resolvi ligar para 190 quando fui informada para aguardar e quando a polícia me abordou, falou que eu estava certa e que a lei municipal preza que calçada baixa sem meio fio realmente é público e que qualquer pessoa pode estacionar e não só, mas que esse endereço já era conhecido por ter diversas ocorrências desse tipo e que sempre causavam problemas pras pessoas que estacionavam lá.
Resolvi tirar foto do estabelecimento e postar aqui e fazer esse relato.
Também, à partir de hoje, decidi andar com o download da lei estadual que preconiza essa determinação.
Pago pra flanelinha, mas não pago pra lojista pra usar bem público cujo qual já foi pago por mim através dos meus impostos.
Perdeu um cliente de embalagens e utensílios domésticos.
Worst place in São Paulo, people who disrespect the customer, I stopped to look for a line and I didn't find it, as I have a store and I saw products that interested me, I went to solve some things and left my car in the Public parking lot, when I came back, how I lost At the time, I couldn't stop there again, I was going to return the next day to buy a basket I had seen, but, to my surprise, I was rudely informed that parking was paid and that's why I couldn't leave. Knowing my rights, traffic law and even because I didn't intend to stop in several places, since I was going to solve things on the same street and I even went to the store in question, I decided to call 190 when I was told to wait and when the police approached me , said that I was right and that the municipal law states that low sidewalks without a curb really are public and that anyone can park and not only that, but that this address was already known to have several occurrences of this type and that they always caused problems for the people who parked there.
I decided to take a photo of the establishment and post it here and make this report.
Also, as of today, I decided to go with the download of the state law that advocates this determination.
I pay for the flannel, but I don't pay the shopkeeper to use a public good whose I have already paid for it through my taxes.
